Our family's Nintendo Switch was broken over the weekend and I dreaded learning the full extent of the damage. I decided to check out Roger's on Pass Road in Biloxi since it is on my weekday commute route.

I was greeted very quickly and kindly. After explaining my dilemma, Cat assessed the damage and got to work on the Switch.
While Cat worked on the tiny device with the utmost diligence and patience, I expected it to be beyond repair. I couldn't believe that Cat was able to completely restore it in under 20 minutes.

I plan to surprise the kids with their repaired Nintendo switch this weekend. There is no doubt I'll be back here to Roger's. I also plan to spread the word. The location and store hours are convenient, service is top-notch, and employees are friendly with expertise in electronics repair.

Very pleased with his services. He was able to retrieve files from a damaged hard drive from an old 2009 Mac. Will use him again if needed in the future.

I had an old desktop that had the blue screen of death. They diagnosed the problem as a hardware issue. They recovered my data and I picked up my data the next day. Cost was $130+ but fast friendly service. Now I'm having to purchase a new computer. Recommend Rodgers Tech.

I am blown away by the incredible work and customer service that this repair shop offers. Chris and Damon are so kind and they really care about the customer, they worked with me when they didn't have to and made it so I could get my tech back as quickly as possible (5 days from when I first stepped in the door, to having multiple items fixed with replacement parts). Damon also shared with me additional concerns he had with one of my items and was honest about long term concerns, looking up warranty, and making sure I understood that the fix i was asking for may not be the only thing needed. Also, they're up front with any and all associated costs so there isn't any guessing.

They were wonderful! They identified my SSD card as the problem after a slew of diagnostic testing, and the price was more than affordable for saving me a lot of time and effort. When I picked up my PC, they even carried it to my car for me. 10/10 will be back if I have future problems.

This is the best place in Mississippi to get your PC Built/Repaired. I’ve had the best experience socially and pc wise than any tech store or pc repair store on the coast! I have used Rogers a few times over the years. Most computer repair companies do not last as long as Rogers has. I think this is for a good reason, Rogers does great work in a timely manner and for a reasonable price Their electronic technicians have been there for years and always helped make sure any problem I had was solved at the best price.

Had a pleasant time there as i watched them figure out why my monitor wasn’t turning on (plugged in the wrong area 🙄🤦🏽‍♀) they were really nice. I haven’t really had them fix anything yet (lack of parts anywhere for a laptop keyboard replacement). Give them a shot I bet they’re good at what they do and like I said really friendly!!
