Went in here asking if they had thermal paste to buy, didn’t have any for sale but just gave me a couple little packs. Didn’t think twice, just handed it over.

I brought my lap top in to be looked at and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. My fan blades were busted off and I needed a whole new fan. They were super awesome and ordered the part. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going on. I felt reassured and at ease. When I received my lap top back the gentleman was incredible. He took the time to show me the old parts and explained everything where I could understand it. I would absolutely recommend them. The prices were extremely fair and the customer service was superb. Anyone who needs a new or used computer or laptop would benefit from choosing this small business first!

Needed some bits and pieces for a computer build I was working on. Didn't want to wait for Amazon or pay crazy prices at a big box store if they even had what I needed. Stopped in and got the couple cables and thermal paste I needed for a reasonable price. Very happy.

I was in a bind and needed some very specific part for equipment that I KNEW Lowe's would NOT have. I called Phillip of Computer Shack 29 minutes before he closed and explained my situation and he told me to come on by and we would see if he could do anything for me. I arrived there 15 minutes before he closed and he had an array of options already prepared for me. He got me the parts that I needed and gave them to me for FREE!!!!!!!!! What big box store would have done that? NONE. I can't tell you how happy I am with the service here and I can't recommend this shop highly enough.

I had some really bad viruses on my computer. It was not going to the desktop screen, I took it to them and the were able to fix it within 72 hours. I only paid $107.00, when Geek Squad was going to charge me $350.00 and take 2 weeks to do the same thing. I love them and highly recommend them to everyone.

I swung by to ask a question about disassembling a laptop to replace the hard-drive. The owner happily showed me how and didn't ask for a dime. I tried to by a few accessories to say thanks. Very pleasant experiance.

Mr. Philip and his apprentice will fix your computer. As I type this, I am installing a new Windows on a computer that thought was done. I could have bought a used one, but why sacrifice all of my data?

Went here for the first time looking for a video tuner card for a vcr project im working on. He didnt have any in stock but the guy was very helpful. If i needed a computer fixed i will definitely go here.
