Hello! I’ve been patronizing Chappie’s for at the minimum, an entire decade! I keep coming back for more because this place is the bomb 💣 it’s my go-to Mexican food fix and I word-of-mouth this place incessantly when on the topic of restaurants! You know I love you if you’ve been given a gift card from me 😃😉 I used to be loyal to Rita’s until
I was introduced to Chappie’s. Once you go Chap, you never go back! I like it spicy 🥵 🌶

Great service and food! I always get a chile rellano and this one made me happy because they took the time to remove the seeds! My partner got a huge burrito! The building is big and has cool art on the walls.

Went there for my 38th wedding anniversary. Both my wife and I thought they were very good and attentive. The food was good too

this place felt like a secret. it was very low sensory, and there are a lot of places to sit. I feel they deserve more customers because of how good my experience was. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the volcano salad. chicken was cooked very well and the margarita was also made well. I had dinner alone and I really appreciated the vibe. special shout out to Pepe my server <3

Do not be discouraged with the prices well worth the money! Have ate at multiple different Mexican food restaurants, from several different states. This is by far one of my favorite! Best burritos ever! Definitely will come back anytime I visit little Humboldt county.

Chapala Cafe serves fantastic authentic Mexican food at an affordable price. Amazing beans, rice, and my favorite enchiladas. My wife and I love this restaurant. Check it out and I promise you won't be disappointed! Thank you Chapala👍

Consistently good service and authentic food. Generous portions, I always take home at least half of my meal, maybe because I'm full of chips and salsa which are good enough to make a meal by themselves. Pleasantly surprised to see many vegetarian options, and was very happy with the mixed veggie burrito.

I love this place. I’ve always gotten nothing but fast service, smiling staff, and consistently good food. I really appreciate their portions!

We've eaten here a few times and it's always good. They give you so much food it's almost like they're afraid you might be starving! lol. Friendly service, delicious food, huge portions, and good prices. We had chile rellenos, a chimichanga, and a burrito. We all had leftovers.

Great margaritas! The grilled fish tacos were so fresh and delicious!! And we really enjoyed the pork carnitas super burrito. Definitely recommend.

One of my new favorite places in Eureka. Friendly staff, good quality of food, and fast service! The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and the bright light makes it feel warm and welcoming.

Good food, great service and a beautiful atmosphere. We stayed at the Best Western and this was one of the options for the limo ride to dinner.

I like this mexican place. There are good vegetarian options and the portion size is good. Not too many dessert options though.

This place was great! It was easy to find street parking, and with it being such a large space we were seated immediately. They have several different flavors of margaritas and you can pick your tequila from an extensive list... All very reasonably priced! The marg was delicious, and stong. The chips were warm and the salsa was delicious. They have a full menu with LOTS of veggie options, I was super impressed. A great place for meat eaters and vegetarians!

Ate here for the first time yesterday and I would definitely recommend. We had a large party and they managed to seat us right away. Our server was great, very knowledgeable and attentive. The restaurant was very cozy, all the staff we met were very friendly. I had a blackberry margarita (fabulous) and the molcahete which was absolutely delicious (although I do recommend sharing as it’s a lot for one person). I would definitely eat here again next time I’m in Eureka!
