Echelon Coffee

My favorite aspect about Echelon is the atmosphere. Very cozy place for friends to enjoy coffee and a great place to also study. The coffee has always been 10/10 every time I’ve been there. I also brought a friend today and he said it’s worth coming back. This has been my fourth or fifth visit and a friend brought me here the first time, first encounter I fell in love. Every time I come to Springfield, I’ll definitely stop at Echelon before I leave.

My “everything nice” latte was so much more - sumptuous symphony on creamy and sweetness, with the perfect balance of spices and espresso! Chefs kiss!
The coup de grace was an orange cranberry muffin topped with toasted walnuts! This was no ordinary sweet treat- nooo, the cranberries were juicy and tart, the orange a subtle landscape to play upon. The atmosphere was upbeat and had a great mix of ages! I will be back!
I hate to use the term- the best latte I’ve ever had, it seems so tired but dang- it’s seriously the best latte I’ve ever had!!!!!!!!
Huge variety of sandwiches and lunch as well. Something for everyone!

I’ve driven past that little coffee shop more times than I could possibly count always thinking “I need to try out this place sometime.” I finally checked it out a few weeks ago and have been back a few other times since then, the atmosphere is really great, it’s cute and feels homey. It’s my goal to try all the coffee they offer, so far I’ve tried two seasonal coffee items, the p.s. I love you (both hot and iced) love them both and I’ve tried another hot coffee but I can’t remember what it was called, it was also good. I have yet to try any of the food they have, but it all looks and smells delicious! If you have yet to try this coffee shop, take the time and try it!

I would highly recommend this place! I come here to study all the time, and it's always such a peaceful environment to work in! And the coffee is always amazing! I would highly recommend their baked goods as well. I appreciate how efficient the staff is, all while also being cheerful and personable. Keep it up, Echelon! 👏

Very pretty, clean, modern coffee shop with nice decor and ethically sourced products. They were understandably busy (because the coffee was fantastic) but the employees were all still very pleasant and helpful.

Brown sugar date latte was 10/10. Went through the drive through for breakfast and tried the bagel with onion and bacon spread. Highly recommend.

Hit the drive through initially was a bit hesitant to spend $9.25 on a burrito. But I was starving needed to eat.. Gotta say it was a home run... And the salsa was great.! Probably try the coffee next time.💯👍👍

Springfield, MO. Great cafe mocha with artistic foam, my husband said it was perfect. The menu had fun regional names for the drink concoctions, not just coffee but also mocktails. High ceilings, soothing colors and real plants, limited parking, good drive through, lots of tables, one person doing remote work today and several people meeting up for a happy chat.

Great new coffee shop. They have outdoor seating and plenty of parking. There are different food options to go with their delicious coffee. It's a great spot to meet up with friends or grab a quick cup to go.

This place is pretty small but very cozy and perfect for a coffee date, meeting, or to get some work done. Coffee is great, food is pretty good, prices are reasonable and service was wonderful.

Nice indoor seating and clean restrooms. I ordered the Jo breakfast burritos which seemed overpriced. It was served with chips and salsa which weren't an ideal side to my Chai Latte.

The outdoor seating area is good but very loud due to the traffic noise from the main road.

Drive-thru is also an option.

Immaculate interior and service! We were driving through town and happened upon this lovely locally owned gem. The coffee, smoothies and pastries were delicious. They have plenty of seating, a welcoming atmosphere and very clean bathrooms (important during any road trip!).
Pro tip - bring friends and family to enjoy coffee, food and a game of chess/checkers on the board they have inside!

Although their selection on single origin coffees are limited, they are without a doubt among the best single origin brewers in town (if not THE best). The staff are friendly and the environment is chill. Their pastries are amazing. My favorite is the banana chocolate chip muffins. Price are competitive to other high-end coffee shops and their menu accommodates everything from coffee-connoisseurs to folks just wanting a cup of sugar with a dash of coffee in it. If you're wanting to have a drink made with care and love, this is your place.

The MO burrito is excellent. I love the sweet potato and egg combo. The Foundation coffee is the perfect blend of sweet with a hint of spice.

Cute coffee shop and a must try if you’re stopping through town. The coffee is 10/10.

We came to Springfield for an expo and came here all 3 days for coffee, lattes, and breakfast burritos. I don’t want to say the foam was legendary but hey, who am I to stop greatness? Definitely a must if you’re in the area.

So far, it’s terrific! I have enjoyed several drinks from the drive through, but just went into the shop for the first time today. This shop has a unique atmosphere, with subway tiles, grey marble, and ultra modern lighting. Overall, it has a very distinct feeling in a city with lots of coffee shops. Drive through is plus!

Drinks are good, I have tried The Formation, the iced strawberry mocha, the cortado, and the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. All have been good, but the Yirgacheffe is somewhat different to what I’ve had from other shops, but still had wonderful blueberry notes.

I always check the bathrooms too, as a bad bathroom experience can wreck my opinion of a place. Bathroom was clean and well laid out. Instead of men and women’s, they have 2 family restrooms, which is nice because you don’t have to worry about being locked out if you really have to go.

I have high hopes for this shop, and I’m glad to see it so busy so soon after opening.

Wonderful workers and beautiful atmosphere! The food is delicious! My favorite snack is the chocolate muffin!

Wow just wow! I feel like I’ve added a few years to my life eating their food just incredibly healthy and absolutely delicious. First timer I’ll definitely be back.
