Hill City Pharmacy

What a wonderful bunch of people! I have a prescription I thought I would never be able to afford on a continuous basis. Without being asked, Angie and all of the staff there at Hill City Pharmacy- Downtown worked together searching for coupons and discounts. They brought the cost down very very low on the first month. The next month when it was even way way less, they told me how it worked with the deductible and I could have jumped for joy! I am so very grateful. They all deserve a raise, including the wonderful kind delivery people. Thank you, Hill city!

This place is WONDERFUL. I've had excellent experiences here time after time. They're fast, they bring your prescriptions right out to your car, and they are just polite and kind without fail. They've even helped me save money on my prescriptions! I've never had a bad experience with them. The app they use is also great, easy to use and really helpful. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Angie talked to me days ago explaining that my doctor prescribed a medicine which is a combination of several drugs, they were not able to provide and even if they could, it would cost $1000 without the coverage of my insurance.For my convenience she then wrote down the name of the drugs which has the same function separately suggesting me to ask my doctor to prescribe a new one individually, and I did right away. So I got my medication today with only $31.Thanks to Angie for your greatest patience to help!!! I am so grateful to her for she is so considerate and she cares for customers so much! She is so professional! The best pharmacy staff ever! the best pharmacy ever for having such a good employee. Thank u guys so much!!

The location is more convenient, the staff are patient and kind. They also have delivery when you are not able to pick up your medication.

Such a great pharmacy. They remember your name and the experience is highly personal. Hill City Pharmacy is very fast at processing prescriptions - much more so than the big chain pharmacies. At Hill City you are not just a faceless number. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. A great hometown pharmacy and one of Lynchburg's best!

My physician’s office made 2 errors when processing our prescription: 1) sent it to the wrong location, and 2) wrote it out for capsules when they meant liquid, though administration instructions were for liquid. Hill City had both issues resolved for us in the 7 minutes it took me to drive from my doctor’s office to their location. Friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend. (I have waited for 2-3 hrs in Walgreens parking lots waiting and waiting for similar problems to be resolved.)

This is one of the best pharmacy I have ever been to. There treat you so very kind and always caring. They really care about you and you are not just a customer you are treated like family everytime I call or go in they always ask how your doing they just care. I come all the way from Rustburg to go here and i will always come to this pharmacy they get your medicine ready fast and they are so much cheaper then other places on top of the great customer service.i really cant say enough about this place they are just wonderful and I just wanted to thank you all for caring it means alot to someone who is sick to be cared about like you always do so thank you so much!!!!!

Had to go to Hill City pharmacy 5th street on a Sunday because insurance at Walgreens would not cover pain meds... I called Hill City 5th street to get a price on my script....I was shocked to find that cash price was under $40..I was reluctant to go to new pharmacy, but I was very happy that I did..not only was my $160 prescription only $33 but I was the only customer there!..My prescription was ready in 10 minutes..therefore I am transferring all of my meds to this pharmacy..Pharmacist was extremely polite and efficient! Thanx so much!

If you are unable to get prescriptions like insulin cheap they do but only if you are go to CAN
