I appreciate them and the service they give me and to others as well.
If you have a situation or problem, they work with you, and give you valuable advice or help. Our community is so fortunate to have them.

I recently switched to Hometown Pharmacy, and I am very happy. My biggest mistake was not doing it sooner. The service is great, super friendly staff and very competitive prices. They are locally owned and operated. What more could you ask for!!

Im soo glad i switched from cvs to hometown, i dont feel judged anymore, they speak to me like im a human being, and they are always so kind when i speak to someone on the phone, and they send me little reminders of what can be filled because im so forgetfull..

Hometown Pharmacy became my pharmacy when I lived in Appomattox and when I moved to Amherst, I still made the drive to Appomattox because they were always so friendly and helpful. I was very happy when they opened a location in Madison Heights. Friendly and professional staff in both locations.

I realized while in the grocery store next door that I had forgotten to pick up a prescription at my hometown pharmacy before hitting the road for a camping trip this weekend in Shenandoah National Park.

My doctor called in my prescription to Hometown Pharmacy right before they closed for the day on a Friday. The staff was super helpful confirming and filling my prescription promptly. As an out-of-towner it was great to meet friendly and helpful folks at this local business. Super appreciated their customer service so close to the end of their day on a Friday. 🤗

These guys are the best even stayed open late for me worked with my Dr and insurance and a bunch of mess it was that CVS was the rudest most disrespectful people ever will never do business with them again told me after waiting hours and getting the authorizations approved then to come out three hours later and tell me to my face your dr needs to give you another prescription and refused me service because the type of medicine has become taboo how on earth can a pharmacist deny a drs prescription well they did and now hometown will receive all my business thanks guys yall made me feel better and what a relief I can eat thanks a million times

They've always been absolutely lovely to me and my family. Thank you Tracy & Brittany for going above and beyond for me and delivering to my car so I would have medication while I was sick with Covid.

I'm so glad someone told me about this Hometown pharmacy. I live very close to other pharmacies but I make the trip to this one because of the wonderful and kind pharmacist and employees that work there. Thank you guys.
