El Loro Mexican Restaurant

Ordered Fiesta Sampler and a frozen margarita. The food was excellent! Truly delicious. There was an ample assortment of beef and chicken in the appetizers. The dish was served fresh, hot, and quickly. Wait staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I've been to other El Loro locations, and the one in Waconia was definitely a cut above.

Food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend you get the pico queso dip - wonderful! We left with full bellies. Wait staff was lovely. So glad we stopped by and will definitely return again in the future.

We ordered El Loro for a taco bar at our graduation party last weekend and it was fantastic! Everyone loved it. Thank you so much to the staff for working with us to pull together a great assortment of items. Lots of care was taken with our order and it was hot and on time for our pick up. Okay weirdly enough, you walk into this place and it's like "eh tex mex restaurant" but when I got my food it was INCREDIBLE. For Waconia, I highly recommend the food.

There expansion into the old Ground Round building in Waconia was a good move. Service was efficient and food was delicious as always.

We put off going here because other El Loro locations we’ve tried weren’t the best, but this place is a step above the rest. All the food was great and the fried ice cream may be my new favorite dessert!

El Loro has fantastic food. The complimentary chips and salsa come out right away, for everyone. Great and attentive servers, and a clean atmosphere. We will be going back for sure!! We had fajitas, and they are great. Wish they came with more than 2 tortillas, but we were able to buy more.

El Loro has an authentic Mexican environment. Our server was friendly and very helpful. There were so many meals to choose from on the colorful menu. The food was served quickly and it tasted amazing. If you like huge portions this is the place for you. We are definitely coming back soon!

I ordered the 7 Seas soup and it was made to perfection. If you are a fan of seafood then you need to check this out.

Hardly customers, food was great. Big portions. Friendly staff. Still has some ground round decor, but they seem to be working on that. Will eat there again as we love the El Loro chain.

We were quite a large group so 2 waiters/waitresses could have been better. All in all it was wonderful.

The food was sooooo good. They were really nice and the food didn't take long at all. I am happy to say that I ate at this place.There is a kid section so you can sit with your children with out having to be near the bar and there is a adult section so when you are at the bar you don't have to worry about little kids being really loud and noise.
