Drive thru. Quick easy and good

My car broke down in the drive thru with two grandchildren and a dog onboard. One of their staff came outside to see if we were ok and gave us breakfast on the house. I have been to this Caribou many times and always have had outstanding service and food. Today was just good old fashioned caring.

I love this Bruegger's because it has a drive-thru and is connected to the Caribou Coffee. Last time I went to the drive-thru I ordered 3 different bagels with 3 different spreads. They repeated my order back to me and made everything correctly. They are fast and efficient!

Great variety of drinks, food and drinks taste great! Always friendly staff every time we've been there, keep up the amazing work!

Most people are saying how bad the staff is, but take it from someone who's working here: WE HAVE A BIGGER STAFF NOW!! Please don't look at other reviews about the staff and let that lead you away. We were very understaffed for a while but only because we didn't have a manager (our old one had a heart attack). We try to be friendly and we do our best. If you have anything to say please tell us to our face so we can fix it!

I really like this location. The customer service is great and the staff is very friendly which is always appreciated.

Fast and friendly service always

With people on the go and parents running at their 110% what better refresher to enjoy then Caribou Coffee. Being a father of 3 I know the daily grind and as well the enjoyment of being on the move and with Caribou Coffee around to keep me focused and chipper, what can I say other then they are a life saver. So thank you Caribou Coffee.

It's ☕ I'm a member. Dislike the high volume of trash produced. I ordered 2 breads they put it in 2 bags instead of 1. Asked why reply was policy. I won't use that one again

Awesome service. Forgot to say I wanted egg & in the middle of making my bagel the manager asked if the makers could throw one on for me, for free. Also very clean!
