Taco Bell

I really love this Taxo Bell branch. It is clean, employees are super friendly, and professional. Today at 7:00 pm, they were extremely busy, they were working hard and fast to fill all the orders but they explained due to a huge order that came in it was taking a bit longer. I read the reviews and people need to be more reasonable and understanding towards these hardworking employees and learn to patiently wait for their food. If you have to wait for your order it is because its being freshly prepared, otherwise its microwave.Thank you guys and shout-out to the hardworking and friendly employees.

I am updating my review to 5 stars, must be under new management or something because they’ve been getting everything right. Appreciate the workers here.

Whenever you’re out of reach of a good authentic Mexican restaurant “ Taco Bell “ will always be at arms reach to satisfy your cravings keep doing a wonderful job every item on the menu is 👍👍👍

This Taco Bell is one of the few Taco Bell places I actually like, the line was very short and the workers were very friendly and quick and they got my order right and very quickly I highly recommend this Taco Bell

I don't like having to order my food on a touch screen

To anyone complaining about hours of operation/staffing/length of wait:

We're in the middle of a pandemic that probably crushed their staffing, especially now. What is wrong with you. Patience will go a long way, so would a little empathy.

Moving on;
The last time I was here I ordered through the app at 1:57PM.
The location shuttered from 2-3PM for a lunch break, presumably because they're so severely short-staffed. The app doesn't communicate with stores instantaneously, so there's a disconnect between the information the store and the app are working with, respectively, I get that. If you order online for pickup through the drive-thru, they don't make the order until you show up. Could cause problems, and did.

Trying to pick up my food, the drive-thru was closed. I was informed by an employee taking their break outside what was happening, and upon my telling them I ordered online they proceeded to go back inside and make my order during their break. It was also even a smoke break on top of the lunch break, so I felt particularly awful, didn't mean to cut their break shorter but they seemed to brush it off.

All workers deserve more money for the work they do, especially now.

Has this location forgotten to take tomatoes off a few of my orders? Yes.
Have I gotten a few soggy tacos from here? Yeah.
Do *I* modify my orders and make the employees work a little harder when I order my food? Yes, so if there is a mistake every now and then, who am I to complain. Fast food's a lot of work. The employees here(not management) do their jobs as well as they are able, no complaints from me.

Was real busy on a Sunday afternoon at 4 pm. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order to come out. Because the Taco Bell booth has only a small footprint, it is not obvious who is waiting for their order or who is waiting in line. They could also use a better system to hand their food out.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Anthony tonight. He was warm & friendly. He took my order, he answered my questions & my order was perfect when I arrived home. We had a lovely chat while I waited for my order!

The inside dining areas were under construction for remodeling, but the drive thru was swift and pleasant.

Went there to try Chicken chalupa. Pretty good but little salty.

Thanks to everyone working last night, there were only 4 of them and they had a million orders on their screens and they were working as fast as they could while another couple stood there yelling at them they didn't get their food fast enough. They were so shorthanded I don't understand how people can be so awful. Thank you to everyone who came in and worked last night

I just want to say you have a group of teenagers and a few 20 somethings working here all great good... but honestly its a surprising team.. all say thank you, you're welcome.. you know I'm proud of this team.

Had a great time the workers were not dirty not does it smell like an abundance if manure. Recommend the 12 taco box for those daring enough. There is now a party in my tummy. contrary to the reviews below this place did not make me feel the need to throw a soft taco at a cross country runner and it is indeed the place for a 42 year old transvestite.

Fast and efficient. Food is always fresh

I try not to eat fast food as much as I possible can, but sometimes in a pinch I do and this taco bell would be the spot for that. Never have had one complaint for that place!

The Hillsborough taco bell is literally 1000% better than the somerville one. I've seen pretty much young teenagers working at the Hillsborough one an they clearly can do better. Give them a raise

Quick drive thru service. Food came out hot and correct. Will be back again.

They can get pretty busy in the drive through at peak times but the food has always been good and fresh. Chalupa is a must have (chicken or beef)

I love taco bell this place is never busy and food is always correct. People are nice so I'm happy.
