The team at this Post Office is Awesome! We live on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico so for anything to run on time is lucky, so big thank you to the staff for always going the extra mile!

I am vacationing for the month of November and had a package sent to address where I am staying not knowing that mail was sent to a cluster box. Sender sent email package delivered but I did not receive. Went to the post office and Kevin contacted mail carrier who went back to the box and delivered to my address. Kevin professional, polite, and friendly and thanks to the carrier that went back

Ms. Stafford & the staff as a whole are top tier, was there to inquire about a package and she handled a extremely rude customer (sovereign citizen type, citing legal nonsense) with the grace and tact that would make the best of diplomats blush.

Always so accurate with thr details.

Was really surprised at how clean and comfortable this post office is, compared to many in Corpus Christi. A clerk came around the desk and talked to each of us in line to see if he could expedite our needs. It was very helpful.

Great! And Port A does have mail carriers. We have a mailbox at our home, no PO Box. 😉

SBOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER PREPARED FOR HURRICANE DILIVERING PACKAGES WHERE MAIL BOXES FOR BLOWN AWAY2 WEEK'S AND NO MAIL

Women working counter on 3/1/20 was the rudest lady I have ran across in a while!! If I were her boss she would have been fired by now. I guess you have to be a local to get any type of decent customer service. My in laws have owned several properties on this island for quite some time. This is just unacceptable!!!

Have requested the USPS issued commercial box have the lock fixed or replaced multiple times in the past 3 months. Instead, I find out my mail is being returned as undeliverable! USPS owns this post box, not me... Failure in all regards.

we have had a po box for several years and for 4 years now we use an alternate box because the box we should use is missing a lock.

are ya'll strugling for cash that bad?
