This is a fantastic brunch spot! I went on a Saturday morning when it was decently busy, only had to wait 10 minutes for a table! Pro tip: make a reservation for larger parties

The staff are amazing, super speedy and incredibly friendly! Plus, your food gets delivered to you on a robot!!

I had been avoiding this place because the website comes off a little pretentious, and the few zoomed in photos on the web menu make it look like you're paying a premium for tiny portions on decorated plates. My friend group decided to have breakfast here. I'm glad they did. The food was amazing, and the portions were large. The cocktails were good too.
As for service, it's very dependent on the server you're given, but the one we had was very attentive.

A warning to those going with a group on the weekend. They have a posted policy that they won't split checks on the weekend.

Me and husband went there for Saturday brunch. We liked the food and place. Nice atmosphere. They had a wait time of 30min. For a Saturday it’s not uncommon. Kids friendly. Great place for family dine in.

Absolutely bright & lovely spot for brunch. Love the decor. Our waitress was so friendly and there was no rushing even though we walked in at 1pm. I ordered the veggie skillet scramble with poached eggs and mango juice and it all tasted so fresh, healthy and delicious. My friend ordered the special, chicken & waffles and was very full & happy.

Been a couple times now. Food has been excellent each time. Salmon BLT was quite tasty and fries although funky looking were crisp and delicious. Breakfast bowls have all been a hit except the biscuits and gravy one was a miss for us. The below the border bowl is 10/10. Benedict’s have all been exactly what you want them to be. Flight of mimosas was fun too. Sometimes it seems like servers are spread a little thin and other staff is doing not much, but nothing egregious. Took my mom on a breakfast date to The Golden Nest for the first time. The manager, hostess, wait staff and training wait staff were awesome. Great atmosphere and service. The food was absolutely delicious. The presentation was beautiful and we were both completely delighted with our visit. Thanks for a wonderful and memorable experience - We will be back again SOON!!

I am from switzerland and came to visit USA i have been eating breakfast in alot of places and the food at golden nest is the best breakfast ive ever had and the staff were wonderful. The best service ive ever had and its also a very clean place and im very impressed.

This is everything you want in a breakfast diner. They have a decent selection on the menu pancakes, crepes, omlets, mimosas (even Gluten-Free pancakes). They even have a robot bringing food out occasionally. The wait is worth it as they don't take reservations (at least on Sundays).

Delicious food & nice atmosphere! The robot that delivers your food is pretty cool as well. Have tried the avocado toast, savory omelette with fig and biscuits and gravy. Great place to bring the family or to have brunch with friends.

Finally tried this place for breakfast. They have mimosa and bloody mary flights if you're into that. I am...and they were delicious! The food was fresh with big portions. It looked really busy when we got there at 9:30am but were told a 15-20 min wait and I think we were seated in 10 min. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. It is a little pricey, but well worth it!!

Food was excellent and the portions are well worth the price. Our server ,Anna, was super attentive without being overbearing. Drinks are delicious as well. My only complaint is that it's kinda loud in there. Some soft items on the walls would go along way to deaden the sound.

We had an amazing experience today at Golden Nest from the second we walked in the door. We were sat within minutes at lunch rush on a Tuesday. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us choose since there were so many amazing dishes. Our food came out, on the infamous robot, in a very timely fashion. The food was delicious and the portions were large. We felt for a party of 3 the bill was what we would expect for the level of service and high quality of food. I cannot recommend this place enough! We will be back often.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite that Google said we could have up to a 45 minute wait, we were able to get seated outside immediately at 9am on a Saturday. Food was very tasty and presentation was beautiful. I got the Florence Benedict with a white chocolate mocha and my partner got the cinnamon roll pancakes. I was quite impressed with their hollandaise sauce and their cinnamon roll pancakes really tasted like cinnamon rolls. The white chocolate mocha was very good if you like coffee, but if you are looking for something sugary like you get at Starbucks I would not recommend. If you do like coffee, it was nice and creamy, a little sweetened and not at all bitter. Very nice. Will return 😊

Breakfast was amazing. Red velvet 🥞?! Yum!!!! (Very sweet) The cold pressed juice flight was delicious. Robotic server was adorable. There were many menu items that said "coming soon" that we want to try so we'll definitely be back soon. They serve lunch as well.

Red Velvet pancakes done right! Golden Nest has the golden ticket to breakfast time. They were very busy, so I was glad to be solo. I sat at the bar for a one-on-one nosh session with these delicious pancakes. Service was friendly and prompt. Planning to bring the crew back for a team feast to try some of the other cool menu items!

Wow! This was our first time coming to the Golden Nest. We were so happy to stop in for a brunch here. The food was absolutely delicious with great portion sizes. The mimosa flights were perfect! They offer so many different flavors. Service was very attentive and friendly. In addition to great staff, they also have a robot that helps deliver food to tables. We had a longer wait, but that was expected. They have a sign up saying they are short staffed. So we didn't mind the wait. We will absolutely be coming back with some friends for another brunch here.

First time here and the food was great! Went on a Sunday around 1pm. We were seated and greeted by our server immediately. Pricing was reasonable and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I had breakfast but look forward to going back to try out some of their lunch options. The mimosa tower was a plus!

My wife and I were visiting the Madison area from Illinois; our nephew from the area said we had to try Golden Nest. I’m so glad we did. Our wait around 10am on a Saturday was about 30 minutes, but it was nice to sign in and wait anywhere for a text instead of those light up buzzy things you have to stay within range to work (we went to the board game store across the way, perfect
time killer).
Food was terrific. Pistachio crepes with a cheesecake filling, scrambled eggs and bacon for me; chicken fried steak and over medium eggs and toast for my wife. Everything was excellent.
Place was crowded but our server didn’t make us feel rushed. Sometimes
food is delivered by a roving robot, which delighted the youngest (3 yrs) of
our party.
Lovely, well-run and good food. We will be back.

Amazing food, delicious unique mimosas, great service, very nice staff, beautiful atmosphere and well worth the hour wait to get a table! Fun little robot also delivers food around!
Side note: our waitress Quinn was so patient with us and was very helpful and kind amongst her very busy shift! She was amazing!

I think this place is incredible. Unique food that tastes wonderful. Excellent service too which says a lot because they are busy. There's even a robot that delivers plates to tables.
You may have to wait a bit to get in depending on when you come. But that is a testament to how good this place is. I also think it’s a great value for the price. You won’t walk away hungry!
