One of my favorite Starbucks locations they’re probably could be really really nice faculty here. Treat their customers like family. Great service very clean location that’s convenient shout out to Matt and Noel for being part of a great team here as well as everyone else

Exchange place can get very busy and I didn't realize it was going to be such a long wait on mobile order when I placed it. I asked Matt at the front counter if I could just cancel or order here in person and he was so pleasant and friendly and was able to assist! Matt, you are awesome! The whole crew at Exchange place are so friendly and cool!

Showed up to Starbucks with my heart on my sleeve ready to grab my coffee and noticed my pal Peter J had a 55 minute wait on the mobile app. Naturally my anger and aggression turned towards Peter J. Fortunately by the good graces of the coffee gods Matt was there. Matt provided a level of service that was premier and ensure a swift resolution to Peter J’s horrible mistake. Thanks Matt for being awesome.

The early morning crew that’s here around 7-8am is amazing. They are always so welcoming and friendly even when it’s crazy busy - very much appreciate this type of atmosphere early in the morning. Service is always very quick as well.

Bonus - nice spot to get some cool views in!

Right on the exchange place with decent options. Service was quick and there were some interesting seats, but who would sit inside when you have the full NY skyline view.

You would think with it being a busier store that the service might not be great. But the baristas are some of the friendliest and most efficient I’ve encountered. It’s always a lovely experience!

My favorite Starbucks! Staff is so friendly and the mobile orders come out fast even when they are busy, they do their best to get your order asap.

Bella here is awesome! She's so nice and smiley that she lifts up my mood. This location is small and usually there's a wait but I don't mind it when Bella takes care of my order. I get a bit disappointed if someone else takes my order because her attitude is just exceptional

This is by far one of the best Starbucks I’ve gone too with great customer service. Kudos to the workers and management here!

I love starbucks so much going to this location always puts a smile on my face. the employees there are always so nice. someone stole my drink once and they remade it so quickly. I recently got apple pay and I don’t quite get how to use it and one of the employees helped me figure it out and had such a great attitude even though so many people were walking in and out the door like crazy. I am so grateful to feel like i’m walking into a happy place whenever I walk through the doors.

I ordered earlier today and at the cashier this one girl was so sweet, she kept smiling she had a smile on her face the entire time while taking peoples orders, and she looked happy working there. I loved her energy and she had a lot of manners which made my day. I dont know her name though, but she deserve a raise or something. As well as this kid with dreads who took my friends order was a sweet too.

It's usually very busy but they are very efficent and provide a great servicf none the less! :D

I visit many starbucks wherever I go so I've seen the spectrum of quality and service.

This location is highly efficient and friendly! Yes, I had to wait a few minutes for my order but all the employees were busy and hustling, the place was packed with customers.

They also make sure to acknowledge you with a greeting and a smile 😊

Don't usually eat from Starbucks but yesterday was a different circumstance. Breakfast was pretty good. Had the double smoked bacon, egg on a croissant and a venti pink drink, ordered by my daughter as she know what I may like. She was right, I did like it. Personnel behind counter elwas very nice and polite, full of smiles and thank yous. Just what all customer service persons need to be, friendly.

I mean obviously Starbucks is good. However the staff in this location is especially nice. Drinks are great, place is clean. They also gave me a little puppachino for my doggo.

This coffee chain Starbucks location is very nice but they don’t take advantage of it by offering outside seating. Indoor they also don’t have any seating but they should as even from the window you get direct views of New York City. The people are friendly and accommodating with your orders. They are pretty quick and very good with online orders. They always have the coffee ready for pick if you order ahead and you don’t need to wait. It can get pretty crowded in the morning when people come to get their morning coffee or tea.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. The location is great. Has great view of Manhattan and Exchange Place of Jersey City

Has a work event outside. After the event we came here placed a big order and they managed it without any problems

I enjoy always great coffee from Starbucks but this location has an amazing barista. I went in and the c.c. system was down and had S. Brown actually offer to pay my bill. "Who does that" she doesn't even know me. I was completely overwhelmed with her kindness. She is those kinda humans you wanna keep in your life.....THANK YOU!! S. Brown for being that beautiful young lady who was willing to pay my bill.

Whoever is in charge of the staff training at this location should be in charge of it for all stores! Everyone here is beyond friendly, helpful and efficient. Truly. I’ve never encountered a crew like this at any other Starbucks - they can shift my day and mood within minutes for the better. Thank you team.
