I can only speak to how amazing the aquatics dept and cashier staff were on my last trip I got off of work late and had to run there because I had quite few purchases to make the three staffs members on hand were absolutely amazing and very helpful with every need helping me get three corals chromis and definitely helped me pick out an amazing puffer as my centerpiece fish! They said they were more than happy to be there a bit late to help me and genuinely helped me despite it very grateful hopefully they view some of the photos to see the tank!

They were really helpful even though they were pretty crowded. Got the cutest little baby. dwarf hamster and a second baby girl mouse as a companion for our other mouse. So far so good. Loving these little cuties

We buy dog treats here because they have a great selection of quality treats. We also get crickets weekly for various critters we have. The employees are always really friendly and the feeder crickets are healthy and don't die on the way home. We're fortunate to have a decent pet store close to us.

I usually always have a good experience at petco! This time the employee made me aware of some of the food I was buying was expiring, which I feel like was above and beyond! Really appreciated it!

Walter is a St Bernard /Bernese Mt Dog who has gotten too big to bath. The people at our local Petco took such good care of him! I haven't seen his fur so white since he was a puppy! Thank you!

I always have an enjoyable visit here! The environment is pleasant with an engaged and knowledgeable staff. There’s never been a time where I left not knowing something new about a product or service. Just an all around fantastic store!

Michael is an incredible dog trainer! He is very kind, precise with cues and makes it very simple to take the education back home and work with your pet. Highly recommend and he is worth every penny!

A particularly nice store with very friendly staff. Clean and well stocked. The gamboling ferrets were Ready's favorite part.

I love this Petco because of Fern (one of the cashiers). She is the best customer service person! She is so nice. She gave my dogs samples of treats and was very helpful finding the bully sticks I needed.

Great customer service! I had an issue with a bag of food I purchased; when I tried to return it to a Bellevue store, the manager refused. Came to this store and their manager was cordial and helpful to resolve the situation.

I love coming to this petco. They have the best selection when it comes to their clearance bins. When I had saltwater fish, I always went to this location because their stock of fish always seemed so healthy and the aquatics team appeared to be knowledgeable and friendly. Today, I came by needing a bath for my dog. Shelby did an amazing job in a timely fashion and my pup came out appearing happy.
