While the wait was long, it was well worth it. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. We never had to wait for refills and were offered suggestions on what was the best dish. We tried a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes, and everything comes fresh and hot in no time at all. The biscuits were huge and light,fluffy. The chicken fried steak and chicken tender were both flavorful and tender. The prices were great for the huge portions. Can't wait to back.

I haven't been here in years. My son was tired of my regular taco place so I thought to bring him here.
Excellent food and great service. Kind people as well. Our waitress Miss Emily was too kind and on point.

Loved it! We joined the wait list while driving over (it’s a 35 minute drive for us) the service was great, the food was amazing, you wanted to order everything to try it out. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is great!

First time here and food was absolutely delicious. Great staff, not a long wait. I will definitely return when I'm back in San Antonio.
Also I took a strawberry cake to go, glad we did. It was very delicious as well.

Found this restaurant on tiktok so had to try it out for myself. And all the hype was accurate. Food was delicious! Service was great and the coziness of the restaurant made me feel like I was eating amongst friends. Definitely a 10/10 for me!

The food was great, and they gave large portions. You definitely get your money's worth. Just be ware that it's a little small inside so sometimes there is a wait but the food is worth it in my opinion.

Make sure to bring a good appetite for this homemade good food. The staff is great. I visit as often as I can.

My first time here and boy was it great. I ordered the Morning Wrecker. This gigantic meal was everything i thought it would be. The only thing i want next time is a fresh biscuit. Mine was a bit hard, but everything else had flavor and paired well.

Oh honey this is the best breakfast place in town! But a must try, they are known for their chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and their French toast, I got the pancakes 🥞 huge take up the whole plate! My niece got strawberry 🍓 and whipping cream waffles! My brother ordered chicken fried steak with a brisket and an egg on the top! I also got chicken fried steak with sides mashed potatoes and fried okra. My sister ordered omelette and nephew order meat lovers breakfast! It’s a must try! We gravy and biscuits! The food is so fresh and hot and love ❤ the sweet little owner! She’s wonderful 🥰 little hole in the wall, best kept secret. Yes we need to get Texas Monthly to come here and do I write ✍🏼 up on this Beautiful place!! ❤😘🥰😋

The chicken fried steak was wonderful. The eggs and country fried potatoes were spot on. It's a dive, so any fancy atmosphere expectations are foolish. It is a 45 minute drive from my house, and I'll be back. It is one of the very few places in San Antonio where you can get a true Texas-style country breakfast that hasn't been California-ed away from its roots

This place was delicious!! Very clean when you walk in, staff is very friendly an polite. So in total spent on food not including tip was $40.12. We had a sweet tea an a soda and 2 The wrecks. Its a lot of food you can even share one. So good very hot an fresh, I'm definitely going back to share unless your really hungry. Enjoy.

This was the first time visit for my family and I. All I can say is the food is amazing here! We all got different breakfast plates and chose to have a grilled biscuit with butter instead of toast. Everything is made from scratch. Home cooked comfort diner style of food. I almost forgot to take pictures of the food. The prices are actually reasonable for the amount of delicious food they serve you.

The atmosphere is cute and small. The employees are nice. I defintely will be returning here. Next time around we will be trying their massive onion rings!

It was our first trip and definitely not our last!!! The best combination of great food and great service!! My wife and I split the motherclucker and I am glad we did! Its huge! It left us a little room for the Oreo cheesecake and OMG!! I had to get an extra piece to go! And Miranda was so kind!! She was on top of everything with a bright and shiny smile on her face! 1st time I've been here, and I was impressed. Service was excellent as was the food. I had The Texan omelet w/hash browns&biscuit. It was savory and delicious. My fiancee had chicken fried steak and eggs, a man's meal for sure! Huge steak was well cooked and tasty. Our server was friendly and attentive. Definitely would recommend and will be returning.

This place is a hole in the wall. Although small, it packs a punch when it comes to flavor and portion size. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. This thing was huge juicy and very well seasoned, which is a plus for me. It came with 2 sides, which I got crispy okra and green beans. It was great! Everything was around $17, which for the size and the flavor it a great deal. The place is kinda small inside and busy with some very peculiar wall decor. But, the people were friendly and nice and the food made it all worth it.

I usually get the SOS plate. It is usually more than I can finish. I always ask for a take home box. Portions are big as well as the flavor. The food always comes out exactly the way I order it! The staff is courteous and attentive to the guests. Great mom & pop place ♥💯

Nothing less than . It's a small local family restaurant- the building isn't big, but they made the 30 minute wait enjoyable with covered awning outside, benches, cooling fans, and ice cold bottled water.

The service and staff went above and beyond to greet us, make suggestions, and even explain how some of their dishes came to be. Not everything is on the menu, make sure to ask your server for suggestions!!! If you value customer service, Bobbie's does not disappoint!

Literally everything, everything, was delicious. The presentation rivals any 5 restaurant. Beautifully plated and each individual item was delicious.

It's not just the food, it's the experience to dining here- patrons talking to other patrons about how good the food tastes, asking what each other ordered, even a sweet elderly woman asking to take a photo of your Morning Wrecker to show her husband. You will leave full, with leftovers, and a new favorite breakfast spot.

Added bonus, they had strawberry rhubarb pie- something I haven't had since my childhood... just like Grandma's.
