Great location. Good, friendly people. Fast and efficient.

I do wish they would have sauces available self-serve. They put 11 packets in my bag and I don't want a single one of them. I wanted something else. So I don't really see how this is saving them anything.

This Arby’s rules very good delicious it was right on time just how I wanted to. I love their cheese sauce if you want great experience with RV you need to go to this ASAP.

Could hear the employees in the back just being loud and cussing a little which I get they're just trying to get through the shift by my kids were with me and it just seemed unprofessional. The guy who took my order was very professional though.

Food is always fresh and drive thru employees are always friendly. The younger blonde girl working today was very kind and had a good attitude. I called and gave the manager my compliments and she was also very kind and appreciative of the compliments. Job well done to all. Keep on keeping on.

There's a woman works there every time me and my family go there she really nice and helps us with deals when she working we will go if not we come another day we was just there tonight she very friendly and helpful I just wish I knew her name I forget every time to ask

The employees are accurate and quick. Almost always a line in the drive-thru, but it keeps moving. Orders are mostly accurate, things do happen. They're friendly people in a small town environment. Restrooms are clean, and don't have the dreaded odors one finds in a public restroom. Great location.

Went through the drive thru and when we got home, we realized our order was wrong. Called back up there and found out they gave us the wrong order. The lady we spoke to (Trista) was very nice and had excellent customer service. She told us to go back so they can fix the order. When we got there, our order was fixed and fresh and they even went above and beyond to make it right. Trista definitely exceeded all expectations compared to other fast food restaurants in or near the Claremore area.

I accidentally deleted my review so I'm leaving a new one. Really good service. Not only am I a customer, I do doordash and they were super friendly and so easy to work with....These awesome employees were smiling and very helpful. Thank you to the Arby's employees and managers!

This location has very good and friendly staff. Have yet to get a bad order from this location. They always give me enough sauce and napkins. Super quick in the late evening when I stop. Please bring back that triple chees and bacon sandwich.

I can't remember the lady's name but she worked the drive threw. She was a awesome lady . We ordered curly fries and potato cakes and we wanted them fresh and hot. And she actually went back there and made us fresh batch.. very friendly and awesome people

Our last trip started at McDonald's. Mask only no inside dining. Four employees without mask on. So we left I went to Arby's. We were greeted with the sign that said dining room open we have the meats and half the seats. They accommodated for the CDC guidelines for eating in public. Their meats were amazing. They sliced the meats in front of you. The restaurant in Claremore has had the same guys in it for a long time so you're greeted with a friendly face.

I love going here for a good sammich. I will say a few of the staff should probably remember that their attitude towards customers can affect the business in a negative way. I worked food for many years so im pretty forgiving. Please keep up the great food and fast service! Lose the attitude!

Love Arby's! The food is so good! In Claremore it is also fast! Even if I see a long line, I'm still willing to get in it and wait because I know they will make quick work of the line.

Service was fast. The food quality was very good. They did forget my cup of cheddar but other than that it was delicious!!

Food is ok here the blonde manager lady deserves a raise and seems very professional thank you for fixing our incorrect order in a timely and polite manner!
