Harbor Freight Tools

I love this place. They aren't the "cheap tool" place of the past. I don't buy all my tools here but what I have bought has lasted years. Power/Hand tools and many other items. They carry some items you would normally need to special order from the "big stores". The changes made in recent years are nothing but amazing. Their whole image has changed. Very clean, organized stores with friendly helpful staff.

As a small business owner I am very appreciative of Harbor Freight. I don't think I would have been able to go into business by myself if i had to pay Milwaukee/DeWalt prices. Bauer always gets the job done and the extended warranty is great for piece of mind.

Anytime I go in and see Kari working I know I'm going to get top tier customer service. I hope they're paying her plenty because I imagine she would be extremely difficult to replace.

This is a good place to get tools and equipment at a lower cost. They don't carry the name brand high priced higher quality, but you can buy a warranty for 1-3 years and at least you are covered for that. It is simple to do a warrant return as well.

The staff was very friendly and the item I was looking for was very easy to find they have accurate signs on every isle and very visible

I was in the store today when a worker accidentally smashed her hand in the safe. I wanted to get on here and praise management and all the workers for the job they did during the chaos. Everything could've got out hand quickly instead they acted swiftly. Called the ambulance and kept the young lady calm all while still providing customer service and taking care of the people in the store. Job well done team.

Great place to shop with excellent customer service. Even as a female, I do not feel overwhelmed or scared to ask for help or feel like I will be looked down on from the great staff that work there. They are always helpful, and seem to care about their jobs. I love shopping at this store.
