AT&T Store

I have continued to receive an exceptional experience with the customer service agent Harry every time I have an issue. His professionalism and dedication to resolving my issues are truly commendable. He goes above and beyond, providing prompt and effective assistance. I appreciate his outstanding service and would highly recommend him. Thank you for a positive interaction every time I come in.

I went into the claremore location today to transfer all the stuff in my iPhone 11 Pro Max to the iPhone 15 pro max. A super knowledgeable and very kind young man named Zach did it for me. He made the process very easy and had lots of helpful advice. I’d highly recommend him and this location. Thank you so much Zach for all that you did and with such a helpful fantastic attitude.

Harry provided quick and thorough service in setting up a new line for my spouse and I. This AT&T location provided a pleasant experience and atmosphere, I would highly recommend stopping in if you need a new plan or phone.

Brad not only fixed my phone but helped get me to my car. I am so grateful for people like Brad. Getting from one place to another can sometimes be pretty scary but thanks to he kindness of others I am able to still be self sufficient. Thank you.

Ty..... you sir are absolutely the exact definition of customer service. I literally thought all was lost. And you had me fixed in a matter of seconds. Like actually I didn’t Get sat down in a chair and you had my phone turning on. Att give this man a raise. And a vacation. The manager who assisted me in upgrading my mother’s phone was the most knowledgeable and friendly AT&T employee I’ve ever worked with in my 17 years of having cell service through them!
I loved my experience here and will only go back to this store for future upgrades.
The customer service was above and beyond what I expected from the moment I walked in (and was remembered from considering a purchase three weeks previous), to being given insight to bill savings (and implementing them immediately), to the kind and knowledgeable way my mother was shown the differences between her current phone and the one to which she upgraded.

Montana was spectacular!!! We took all our devices and it was AAAAAA++++++ Highly recommended! Great experience!

Harry was a great rep and got us right in and taken care of quickly. Upgraded a tablet and a phone within an hour! Great Service!

If you go to this store ask for Deborah!! She’s the best, she hooked me up with the best plan and deals I could get. she explained everything very well and she made my first experience amazing! I was nervous in the beginning because it’s my first phone and plan but she’s was so nice and she takes her time to talk through things she doesn’t rush. I’m so glad I picked atat. I will always ask for Deborah when I come back!

My experience with Harry were above 5 stars. He was a very patient, kind, and understand individual who helped my family and I get upgrades. I also called ahead previously and Harry also answered the phone, he was very polite and happy to serve!!

I came in for help with my phone. Chelsea was awesome! Answered all my questions, was polite and respectful. Even gave me some extra tips and tricks and also gave me some good spots to eat once she learned I’m new to the area. Great service! Thanks again!!

Went there to upgrade my wife cellphone 📱 and ask some questions. Miss Dani was very helpful, attentive and answered all our questions. Kudos to her. She has outstanding customer service skills. I recommend this store in Claremore, Ok.

Employees are all super friendly and helpful. Ha (?) fixed my problem in minutes. I really appreciated him. One of the best AT&T stores I’ve ever been to based on employees the day I was there.

I definitely recommend going to AT&T and asking for Chelsea specifically shes is one of the best there!! If u got a problem with your phone and want a new one she’s got you!!! If you wanna upgrade , add a new line , whatever it is u need she can help you! Plus, she gives great deals on prices!!

Just had one of the best customer service experiences ever! Josh was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and so very patient while helping my mom and I sign her up for a new account, change her television service and select a new phone. I had stopped using ATT several years ago out of frustration with this local store. The culture was so different today and I am SO HAPPY that we have this store in our community!

We had a great experience here! We needed to upgrade 2 phones and Debbi was extremely helpful and patient with us while we figured everything out and then helped us set up the new phones. Thank you! We’ll be back

Kaitlyn was our service rep. She did an awesome job going over every detail of the service. She helped my mom and I port over 5 phone lines. She stayed with us and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. The best part to me is just how pleasant she was to talk with. Customer service is seriously lacking in Claremore. I am thankful for her time and effort!
