This place is absolutely beautiful. If you are in the area this is a must stop. There is a huge boat ramp downstream. A very large parking lot with places for 30 or more vehicles with trailers. There are restrooms, and it is fun to watch the operation of the hand operated lock. The views are fantastic of the dam and mill across the river.

The lock and dam are located on the other side of the Muskingum River across from the Stockport Mill. The park has a boat launch,restrooms, a decent size parking area and a trail alongside the river.
