Maxwell's Pizza & Rooftop Patio | McConnelsville, OH

Pie was excellent.
We are pizza snobs (well my husband is) lol.
We even took left overs home and my mother in law loved the White pizza that I had.
We love trying different pretzels and this one didn't disappoint 🤪 👏 😌
We want to come back and try something else and maybe the adjoining business. Looks like a fun place.
McConnellsville definitely has some of the best places to eat!
Alot of great options and great food but also Great people.
Server was very sweet and nice. Talked about the other businesses around and was very genuine.
Looking forward to coming back. 😀

One of my favorite places to hit up in the area! Delicious food, beautiful scenery - it's right on the river, a new bowling alley is right next to it. We also went there, it was very nice! Definitely recommend checking this place out! Oh and they have swinging chairs on the balcony, they're fun!

We came here on a Saturday evening and sat on the patio. There was a live band and plenty of people, but not overcrowded! The service and food were good! I got the cauliflower crust and you wouldn’t have known! We’ll definitely come back next time we’re down in this area.

Edit: We really loved Colin Veyon’s performance. We ended up staying a while just to listen!

With Jessica being my Server/Bartender for my very first visit here, I'd say I had a freaking blast, thanks to her and the amazing scenery surrounding the area, from the streets to the roof! Food was delicious, prices aren't terrible &the rooftop patio was THE BEST! Definitely going back! Thank you Jessica for letting me be your lab rat for the flight board. You did great &they were delicious! See yawl again soon☺✌❤🥂

We have driven by but never stopped...

We finally got to stop and what have we been missing all these years. This place is really cool - the roof top is awesome - not what you would expect in morgan County. The service was great even though they were short handed. The food was really good and priced well. We had the pretzel sticks with cheese which were great. Wifie had the Italian sub whi h she really loved. I had their cheese steak sub which was really good. I would recommend getting the big cookie for desert because it was delicious.

The rooftop patio was amazing. The weather was cold & rainy but the clear plastic wall panels & ceiling mount heaters kept it toasty. The rain actually added to the atmosphere!
The food here is amazing and the people are great young adults with attitudes & friendly service (not always easy to find these days).

Nice place along the water didn't make it upstairs, but photos are nice, be a great summer ride destination.

Delicious pizza with a great view from the patio. We had the hot honey ricotta pizza and pickle lover pizza. Definitely worth a stop if you’re coming through town or camping at Jesse Owens and need to switch it up from your campfire. If you’re thinking about getting the personal pizza, size up because you’re gonna want left overs of this!

Passing through town and decided to stop at this local establishment. We were not disappointed. Clean, Friendly staff, delicious food and reasonably priced!

My buddy and I rode down from Columbus to check out the Big Muskie Bucket. We decided to make this our lunch stop, and boy was it a good choice! It was a nice sunny day, so we had a seat on the patio upstairs, grabbed some brews, and placed our order. The cheesy garlic monkey bread was super good!! Our Buffalo chicken pizza was also delicious! I would recommend making this a stop if you're hungry and in the area. I will be back to try a different pizza soon!

Honestly the best wings I ever had! Better than Applebee's and wayyyy cheaper! Their salads are huge and absolutely delicious! Service was great! The waitress was the best I've ever had! And they have both gluten-free and cauliflower crust pizza, which is awesome and very yummy too! Super impressed and 10/10 would def go again! Also their rooftop view is cool and the river is a beauty!

We tried several different menu items and they were all really good. Service was friendly, prompt, and accurate.

An amazing place with even better staff! Kelly my server was the best! She gave great recommendations of drinks and food. Highly recommend the Italian sub. Kelly had an awesome attitude and made my experience overall great! I’ll definitely be back.

I order pizza from here all the time, it’s always delicious and hits the spot. I love the pepperoni pizza. I also get boneless wings and they are always sauced perfectly. I also love the atmosphere of the patio upstairs. The whole entire shop always has a good vibe/atmosphere and I will continue bringing my business here!

The pizza here is solid. A nice surprise in a small town. We were here for a job and glad to have something nice to eat. Hot fresh pizza and good service.

My family of 4 came for dinner and got three medium specialty pizzas to split. All were delicious and it was plenty of food for all of us. We also tried the Cheesy Monkey-bread which was also delicious. Kelly was our waitress and took very good care of us. Drinks were never empty and the food came out quick. We will definitely be returning!

The food and atmosphere are great, the service is outstanding! There are numerous outstanding servers and Kelly Smith is often our server and she is enthusiastic, welcoming, polite, and extremely efficient. She does a terrific job and seems to sincerely love her work. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and drink options. She can give recommendations and information on any item. I highly recommend Maxwell's Rooftop and please ask for Kelly Smith.
