I broke my leg standing on a sled with a mildly displaced fibula. Once they cleared me to walk at 4 weeks from injury, I started using this to strengthen the muscles surrounding the break and gain more movement. It’s now been 6 weeks from the injury and I am walking almost normally with no boot. In just a week of using this product I felt so much stronger- not only physically but also my confidence. There are adjustments with the bands and it’s very easy to use. I will continue to use for both legs as there is so much benefit in continuing to strengthen the muscles we never use! This new boot is an excellent device for either postop or chronic ankle rehab. I use it for my old chronic ankle injury as well is with all my ankle patients. Great product.Simple and effective.
