Was skeptical about trying out new places for the breakfast in the area but this place is a GEM. Very good ambience, cozy place. Quick service and super friendly staff. For vegetarians, they can accommodate your request and the food quality is good. And the coffee is super good, smooth! Would highly recommend this place for the breakfast: Plenty of free parking, kids friendly, and unlimited ( Best) Coffee!!

First time dining here, and it was an excellent choice. Had to go to greenwood for a Drs appointment and not allowed to eat beforehand. Decided to have breakfast after. We both got the hungry man skillets and they were very yummy 😋 You could definitely tell it was basically made from scratch.

Fantastic food, friendly service, and huge portions. I had the breakfast burrito. Be sure to ask for salsa, it really takes the flavor up a notch. The restaurant was very busy on a Wednesday morning brunch before Thanksgiving, and they are a little understaffed, but our server (Stephanie) did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My only critique is that the signs on the front of the building are infested with birds worse than I've ever seen... My wife was pooped on as we were walking in.. something should really be done about this..

I have my own business and have had to deal with birds like this in the past. I will attach a picture of the business card for the company I used. They are the BEST! He had my problem solved very quickly so I didn't have to worry about losing revenue because of birds..

Gold coffee pancake house is definitely a great breakfast joint to hit up. Took the family here the other day and the menu had plenty of options for the kids and us. Wife had the biscuits and gravy and I had the hungry man burrito which was absolutely fantastic. Kiddos had the parfait, waffle and pancake breakfast with bacon. Drinks are a little overpriced but the rest is on point, you won’t be disappointed in choosing this restaurant, definitely better aesthetics inside than outside.

Let me just say I've been here a few times, and the food has never been disappointing. If you are looking for great food and some Mexican breakfast options, this is the place for you.
I ordered the country fried skillet. It came with eggs (your style of choice), a large country fried steak smothered with gravy, and home fries (typically comes with hashbrowns). Also, with a side of toast. It is a very satisfying dish. My wife got the strawberry french toast. It came with large strawberries. They definitely did not skimp on the berries.
We will continue to frequent this establishment whenever we have a breakfast itch that's needs scratched.

The server was prompt and friendly. The food was wonderful. Both of us had the french toast breakfast. Two pieces french toast (with pecans), two eggs and bacon. All was tasteful and filling! The best thing was their coffee! Great coffee! Thank you for a pleasing start of the day?

Its in a plaza but don't let that dissuade you the food is great. Went at 9am on a Monday with a group of 7. They quickly put a table together and the service was friendly, helpful and reasonably fast. No one had any conplaints in the party except that they couldn't eat all the food. The frittatas were very good, the hashbrowns crisp and the french toast and pancakes were delicious. Would definitely come back when in the area again and prices were a good value for what you get.

Went for breakfast today (9/14) and it was amazing!! The service was very fast and super friendly, they even brought our kids drinks in kids cups not giant glasses with no lids... but the food was amazing also, I had the Southwest Omelette and my wife got the Hungryman Skillet!!! So good and the coffee is A+ wonderful flavor!!!
Will definitely go back!

This place is absolutely wonderful. With the over the top service, wonderfully nice staff, unbeatable prices for the outstanding quality of food. I am a regularly returning customer now because of the amazing quality. 100/100 for breakfast places around greenwood.

Just had our first breakfast there and it won't be the last. Service was great and polite. Bloody Mary was just like you want them. Food was awesome.

Most pleasantly surprised by not only the atmosphere but also the food! Usually when I enter a new food establishment that specializes in breakfast cuisine you tend to have a base set of things you always see on the menu, but this place blew that out of the water. I loved how they connected true Mexican Cuisine with basic southern breakfast Staples. The serving sizes were phenomenal and the price was more than fair. Was very pleasantly surprised with this establishment and cannot recommend them enough.

Love this place! Friendly service and great coffee. The music is also a decent level so it's not too overbearing.

Stayed at a hotel nearby. Ate there one morning. Delicious. Liked so much, went back the next morning.

Lots of Tex-mex choices on the menu, but no shortage of regular run of the mill breakfast items.

Went Saturday morning and we got seated immediately. Had a western omelette and my son had the country breakfast. The hash browns were great. They are the shredded kind. The omelet was great. Side of bacon was crispy. My kid actually cleaned his plate which is rare. Service was there when we needed it. Price was fine.

Sunday morning we went a little later, about 10:30. More crowded than Saturday. Had to wait about 10 mins for a seat. Then there was a logjam behind us. So I guess 10:30 is about when they get slammed on a Sunday.

This time I went with the huevos rancheros and the kid did a waffle breakfast. Forgive me if this isn’t politically correct, but I figured the huevos rancheros would be good since all the staff appeared to be from Mexico as were a healthy chunk of the customers. I figure if the customers of Mexican heritage like it, I can rely on their expertise. Anyways, it was great, and I recommend trying a Mexican dish if you dine here. Lots of great flavors that aren’t the norm for a breakfast (salsas, guac, etc).

By the time we were done (11:30?) there was no longer a line.

Dining room is in 2 parts and very large.

I noticed on the bill that if you pay with cash, there is a discount.

It’s kinda dark inside, not a lot of sunlight.

The menu was extensive; food was reasonably priced, fast, and hot; and the service was excellent! Highly recommend.
