They loaded the trailer quickly and everything looks good. Waiting to check my delivery address before heading out.

Does not allow trucks through gate till 7am. The yard jockey will make that perfectly clear to you and make you turn back out even if it’s 6:50am and come back right at 7am. Place got me unloaded in less than 30mins. Not such a bad experience but I’ll make sure next time to arrive at 7 and not a min early.

They unload my trailer in 30 minutes. Also, they don’t have overnight parking but there is pilot just 2 minutes drive from here.

In, loaded, & out in an hour. But they should hire someone for the guard shack instead of making the yard dog chase down incoming trucks to check the reefer temps and getting seals on them before they go all while still moving their trailers. Or at least I hope pay him for the two different jobs he's doing.

This place is a bit tricky finish on a trucker’s gps but it does show up on google. Definitely a pleasant experience coming to this location. As a driver if you know you know Americold storage shipper’s and receivers do not have the best of reputation’s. I can definitely vouch for this one they need to train all the rest. You will see a guard shack but there is no one working inside to check you in. Driver checkin is the main building through the glass doors (look for driver check in sign). Don’t pull up and block the loading docks. Park to your right in the empty spaces along the fence and walk over. Be careful I did this and I noticed another driver did it as well. There is a shipper just before this entrance that will check you in and you won’t find out until afterwards that your at the wrong facility because the guards just get your license and write down you info form your truck and place a white seal on your trailer doors. So if you’re at a gate with a guard you’re at the wrong place. Look for the BIG 500 numbers on the front of the tan brick building. They have nice big area for backing not sure if they allow early check in or overnight parking (the yard jokey even met me at my door to give me instructions on where to go). They are very informative and helpful here. My load time was 1 & 1/2 hrs good job guys. I was met by the yard jockey and again to place the seal, pull out of the door and give the office personnel 5mins because the paperwork was a little behind. I did and checked out just fine. There is a pilot & flying j less than a mile away for scaling and parking. Not much signage on the outside to advise of the location but I made it. Also slide tandems to the rear and set your unit to zero for precooking.

Every americold should send employees and management here to learn.

I was treated with respect by everyone I encountered.

The bathrooms were spotless and we’re actually allowed to use them.

I was very early, and because my product was ready they threw me right in a door.

In an hour before appt, way more than enough room to maneuver. Out 45 mind after appt. Time.

Easy to work with. They are efficient and friendly. If they don’t have product ready it’s not warehouses fault. They just haven’t received it yet from plant. Like for us somethings are out of their hands. Unloading here is a “god send”

Easy to find and if u have problems docking u need to look at another career. Lol.

Nice people. Quickly loaded & gone. I was only here for less than 90 min from the time I arrived til I had paperwork & was back in my truck ready to leave. AWESOME JOB GUYS!!!!!! I wish more shippers were like this.

5 hrs early for pickup. Loaded up in 2 hrs. Fabulous shipper! Weight is perfect! Precool -10.

I like people THAT is nice and friendly TO ME. We drivers have enough to deal with trying to get the freight to the customers. If you come off TO us with attitude WE DON'T WANT TO HAUL YOUR FREIGHT. And there are SOME OWNERS operator WILL NOT!!! IT'S THEIR TRUCK, they pay that note AND they will not cone back to a customer that have been DISRESPECTFUL to them. 😔 Just saying.

The best place I have ever delivered. The small town restrictions made me a little nervous but I called upon arrival and the lady (didnt catch her name) was glad to direct me safety and stayed on the phone until I got there. Easy Delivery, even tho it looks difficult.
