I'm not sure where everyone else is going, but this place was great! Cori at the gate was awesome, shipping and receiving was nice.
Dog walking area?! That's a first for me to see!

I was out of hours, so I was able to drop my trailer and return after my 10.
Thank y'all for the great experience! It isnt often I leave a shipper/receiver with a smile on my face!

On the way out, spoke with the guard shack supervisor (I didnt get her name! 🫣) and she was super pleasant too!
Love this place!

Staff here all pretty nice and friendly. No overnight parking available there's a Pilot a mile away. I had a 5am delivery. I arrived at 1am was given a door right away and was unloaded and out of there by 3am 2 hours before my appointment. Much better experience than I expected after reading the other reviews.

Very professional people... very respectful staff ... they got me loaded pretty quick.... very satisfied with the service overall. Thank you to all the staff members n managment.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! GOD BLESS!!!

Checked in 4 hours before the appointment time, check out before the appointment time. Security was nice and friendly.

The staff r supper nice and helpful can't check in more then 3 hrs early.. no parking on site. Saw a sign for drivers that have pets.. where they can walk their pets.. thats super cool 😎. Use to drop n hook here with old company, now new company soo live load. Not bad.

Always cool to drop and hook here. Same process and procedure regardless of the load. No on site overnight parking but there is plenty of parking @ near by Pilot and Flying J. Spacious well lit lot to swap out trailers. As far as dropping an empty, you must have 3/4 tank fuel in the reefer, tandems all the way to rear, and set point to 0 on reefer. The shipping guys are great. Maybe 5 minutes wait and you have all that you need to roll. Just refrain from tapping on the glass. ;)

Showed up 2 hours early for my appointment immediately put into door. 30 minutes later has paperwork back

Washout your trailer swept is not acceptable, and don’t get late, when you back in to dock and don’t get red light right away get out and check or be ready to wait 24 hours no one will come tell you,

Trailer is ALWAYS ready when they say it will be ready. Easy in & out, gaurds are always cool. No complaints, 2 truck stops less than 2 miles away both w/ CAT scales.

Easy access, not far off of the interstate. Several Truck stops near by. The gate guard and the people in the receiving office were quick and easy to deal with. I have been here before and it was the same.

Were your cold goods are stoed til they goto the stores and restaurants

Great experience, only complaint is the front guards, should refrain from arguments that others may see

My husband had a load to pick up an this is by far THE BEST Americold!! Our order was ready as soon as we got there and the yard dog had already pulled our next load up to us.

Awesome day here today...trying to get home after 3 mos out...11 hrs early for appt ..no promises but they got me unloaded 3 hrs later in between scheduled loads...best americold facility I been to and I have been to just about all of them...great job and thanks

Not a bad place to load my appointment was 1500 checked in @ 1300 1500 loaded paperwork in hand not bad

Only done drop and hooks here and find it fast and efficient. The guard, in particular, is fast and professional in her check in duties.

they go strictly by appreciate time you follow the rules its all good your attitude will be there's too

It varies from one time to the next there always changing the rules.

Very friendly people, in and out fast! I like going there, and can't wait til I go again!!!
