We went in and asked about a car, and were simply told they knew absolutely nothing about it.

Limited car selection

The technician, Walt, (at that time) was recommended to us by a friend at church. We contacted Walt, but got no response. Two more days went by, still no contact. Finally, he did, and kept his word to come and pick up the car and return it within a few days. All was good. This time is a different matter. Business phone and address had changed. Walt is now the owner. I tried his cell several times, but he did not return any calls. I actually got his number by calling a competitor of his. I left two messages, then my husband left one. Walt showed up at our house on Wednesday (August 1), and promised to pick up and repair the car on Friday (August 3). But again he did not. Today, August 6, two weeks after this started, my husband walked over to the shop, and no one was there. So, husband went to another shop, explained our problem, and they promise to fix it on Wednesday of this week (and in about 2 hours.) We will see. This has been a very frustrating experience. I don't care how good a technician he claims to be. His word and promises don't seem to matter. He doesn't have to worry; we will not call him again. I had to push one of the stars to post this. But, our experience with ACL (Walt's new business) does not even rate a 1.

They hid the fact the car they sold me had a blown head gasket. They were all nice to me until I confronted them about what they did. Not happy at all. $2700 for a car I drove 3 weeks. Dont go there for a car.
