Ed the store manager was fabulous when the mattress I wanted was going to take 2 months to come in. He offered a better mattress at a better price on one that would come in sooner. And their prices on mattresses just couldn't be beat in a store in town with free delivery and set up

Oh yes sir, mattress came in on time, the guys took my old one right out to my dumpster as I am handicapped. I practically live on this mattress. It is so much better than my old one. I think my parents will be coming to see you soon as they need a new one as well.

My entire experience was amazing. I needed to remodel my entire home and was a bit stressed, however, Zoe and the rest of her team were phenomenal. They answered all of my questions and inspired me with new ideas. The sales manager, Daniel, made a way out of no way! He was very polite and attentive. I am very pleased and satisfied with my purchase!

I found what I wanted online but I prefer to order from a store when ordering furniture so I have a face and a name if I need something. Ramal who unfortunately moved after my order was fabulous. He helped me apply for the credit card (my choice), get the same price as online, and even ordered a coffee table that they did not have in their store. The manger and rest of the team was wonderful! They even introduced me to who I would be working with after Ramal left. While I did order already, I have not had my items delivered yet as I need them in January. I will post hopefully just as an amazing review for the 2nd half of the process!

Came in today for my 4th purchase, Emily helped me, and like always the best costumer service! I can’t wait to receive the new living room set!!

Five stars is given for Quinton. He is an excellent salesman. He is friendly, attentive and most of all he listens. He did all he could to find what I was looking, but was never pushy or tried to sell me something I didn't want. I cannot yet review the actual furniture, but I can definitely recommend the shopping experience. Thanks for your help Quinton!

My husband and I bought a recliner today from there. This was by far the best customer service experience we have ever received at any furniture store! We were used to dealing with pushy salespeople, but not this time!! Zoe Diaz was our sales associate. She was kind and helpful. She was “low-pressure” and let us browse around. When we made our decision, she was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our many questions. So thankful she was there and assisted us in our purchase today. Thanks again, Zoe! 😃

Brandon helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Very patient, allowed us time to relax and test the comfort of various items. Extremely knowledgeable and suggestive of products we liked. Provided us with accurate information about sale pricing and financing. This store will be my first stop when shopping for furniture products in the future.

Zoe Diaz was extremely helpful, attentive, and courteous from the moment we walked into the store. She instantly asked what we were looking for and then asked the right questions to help us narrow down our search. Within a couple minutes we were able to select the item even though it was not what we came into the store looking for, Zoe used her knowledge and skills to help ease us and point us to another product that was far better than what we originally thought we wanted. During our time she answered every concerned/question knowledgeably and if she did not know the answer, she was quick to contact the right source and deliver. While working with her, we voiced our concerns with past experiences with another Ashley location and without hesitation she took charge and was successfully able to pacify us by representing this Ashley location with a great customer service experience. Shout out to the staff at the Greenville Blvd, NC Outlet Store. From the first welcome to the last signature, the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Very fortunate to have had Dillon as my sales associate! I tend to over analyze everything (3 visits in 4 days), and Dillons' relaxed and humorous personality helped me put together a living room group that I am excited to have. i have gone to several stores & always had the most horrible experiences. i was expecting the exact same from this store. i was so frustrated with the furniture buying process, but shopping with jacqueline was such a breeze. she came in and found exactly what i was needing, made sure my furniture would be delivered by my deadline, was so helpful in answering the insane amount of questions i threw at her, & had such a bubbly personality that i couldn’t help but leave with a smile on my face. i will definitely be returning to do business here in the near future.

Stepped in briefly the other day to look at bed frames and mattresses. I’m so used to going in a store and being bombarded by sales people but today it was different- Jacqueline was amazing! She helped answer any questions we had and was not super pushy. I know For sure when I’m ready to buy i will Be going to see her!
