Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacy team is super helpful, patient and friendly! They always go above and beyond!

My wife and I got a call for a vaccine dose off their waste list. The computer system and phones were down and they were using their personal cell phones to make sure they found people to use every last shot. They were friendly, accommodating, and helpful.

I travel a ton and often need to have my Rxs filled at different walmart phamacies. Usually I run into problems. Not here! This one stands out from all the others. Friendly courteous service. One stop customer service. Especially Josh in the pharmacy is amazing!! He helped me fill and subsequently transfer an Rx. Either he kept me on the line while completing 100% of the task, or he called me back promptly. The best service bar none!!

Refused to fill my pain medication the day of surgery. They always override the insurance verification day of even though my doctor sent it twice. I've been in pain all night and now have to wait for it to be send to a different pharmacy and go myself with a cut open knee.

Update. friendly people soo far and always open which is nice. Tryin not to let my bad experience ruin it.

I have been using this pharmacy for a while but never can remember what the hours of operation are. I got on to the website to check pharmacy hours and said it was open. I went in a little after one and was standing in line to pick my meds up and was told I had to come back in an hour because they were closing for lunch. Mind you I live an hour away and what a major inconvenience this was to have to stand around for an hour waiting. Everyone deserves a lunch break for sure. but do they all have to go at the same exact time? Also if they are going to close for lunch their website should reflect that so people are better informed.

Typically I am happy with their services. Everyone is nice and helpful and are willing to explain the way meds work. Just frustrated to travel an hour and be told to wait they are closing.

The people are good to deal with, but sometimes they get too busy or are understaffed and no one even picks up the phone. Went two days recently calling before I could get a human (which I needed).

Standard super Wal-Mart. Groceries, clothes, electronics and tools. A good catch all for general stuff.

AWFUL!!! For the past two days I have been trying to get my medication for my bronchitis so I can go back to work, but whenever I come in or call in they don’t have it ready. I called yesterday at 5PM to ask if it was ready and it was sent to the WRONG Walmart (granted that was the clinic’s fault), but I was told they would start working on it. So I went in at 9AM and they told me it still wasn’t ready. I’m livid because that means they did not put in the request to fix it. They have the cheapest price, but the service is awful and no one there seems to care about their job. If you can afford it, go somewhere else.

Worst pharmacy ever. Every time i need perscription for my son they never can fill it and give me one excuse to the next even when i get proof they are lying about it they still hold onto the story they have. Also when you try to call during the day they close for lunch. Also when they reopen from lunc you try to call and they dont answer. Been dealing with this for 2 years with no change.
