Frozen - Rolled Ice Cream

In my opinion, this is one of the best places for ice cream in the entire city. The ice cream is made right in front of you, tasting fresh with high quality ingredients.

Everyone I’ve brought here agrees it’s excellent ice cream.

There are currently 2 locations around China town and center city, and both have the same quality. Both have modest interior where you can sit and enjoy, but I’d rather take it to go, and explore the surrounding areas!

It’s definitely not traditional, but the tastes and flavor combos are at the top of what you’ll find in the city.

*the strawberry shortcake and chunky monkey are phenomenal for fruit lovers!

Stoped at frozen rolled ice cream to try once as I have watched these rolled ice cream in youtube. With much expectations it was indeed a tasty ice cream and the making is treat to watch. Different experience with different flavors. Definitely recommend try once and you will like it

Went here for a snack after Fanexpo and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!! The service was quick & the ice cream was the best I have ever had. Can't wait to go back!!

We were passing by Frozen and decided to stop in and were so glad we did. The frozen ice cream rolls are reasonably priced and come in so many varieties with plenty of topping to add on top. It’s an added treat to be able to see your order as it is being prepared for you. Definitely a sweet experience!

so delicious got # 5 & #10 (green tea) and a chocolate large milkshake before closing on this humid night. Additional toppings available. Fast service, good quality and casua unpretentious dine in or to go. Will be my new dessert place this summer.

Frozen green ice cream was delicious, very strong matcha flavor!! Not too sweet. They were really generous with the pecan toppings as well. A little pricey ($7.50) but the size is quite generous, can be shared among 2 people!

You have to love It...!!! Rolled Ice Cream...!!! Fresh and Yummy...!!! How about Yummy Rolled Ice Cream in China Town during The Chinese New Year Celebration. The parade and fire crackers were directly outside. It was great, but I'm getting off track here... This place Rocks...!!! Very good and affordable. A little small but really nice. If you have not been to one of these places... They make the ice cream in front of you and it is really good. I thought this was extra cool about the staff. At the time we were there, it was really busy. Standing room only. It was packed and the guy who took my order remembered me, what I ordered and brought it to me. Great Service...!!!

Absolutely delicious! We've been twice in the last five days. I just tried the Bangkok flavor and it was amazing. It tasted just like delicious creamy Tai tea. This place has great portion sizes and you get to add three additional toppings. I saw someone order a cheesecake flavor and the staff actually used a whole slice of cheesecake and mixed it into the ice cream base. Best rolled ice cream I have ever had.

Quick and prompt service, plenty of options to choose from, the chunky monkey(banana and nutella mix) is a must have here. The ice cream was smooth, creamy and delicious. They don’t have size options for the rolled ice cream, but a single rolled ice cream is plenty to for 2. You can add free 3 toppings, of which pocky sticks is an option.

This is a must visit place if you like ice cream. Would definitely recommend.

Really delicious ice cream, lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. It’s an open kitchen, very interesting to watch them to make the ice cream. The drink is very refreshing, not overly sweet.

We had the pleasure of visiting frozen rolled ice cream on Arch st. center city philadelphia on our date night this past Saturday and it was absolutely unique and delicious a real treat and just a great experience we totally recommend checking it out if your ever in the neighborhood..

This is the best frozen dessert place we've tried! The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are willing to take my unconventional flavor requests and have a Vegan non-dairy options for those of us who like/ need that. My family and I have tried all different flavor options each are amazing!

First time in Philadelphia! My fiancé and I had a sweet tooth so we were already site seeing in the area and this place was within reasonable walking distance. The menu is posted outside. You can order inside. I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake and he ordered the Avocuddle. I'm so glad we chose to stop by this place! It's something different that we've never had before and we absolutely fell in love with it🩵
