The staff here are truly amazing, adding a personal touch to the experience. As for the coffee, it's just as good as at any other Starbucks, ensuring that familiar taste we all enjoy.

However, it's worth noting that seating can be a bit limited, so it might not be the best spot if you're planning to settle in for a while. Overall, a solid choice for your coffee fix with the bonus of outstanding service.

Great people delivering great service. Clean and large place. A few more tables and chairs would be nice, covid is long over ;0)

Hands down my favorite Starbucks location. 💛 The baristas are always so sweet and go above and beyond for us! Just today, this amazing barista gave me my drink for free because she said I was kind to her. Made my day! Go to this location—you won’t be disappointed! 💛💛💛

Stopped here twice during a recent hiking trip to Utah. Both times I was greeted when I walked in the door. Staff is super friendly and the drinks were great! Definitely recommend this Starbucks if you’re in or traveling near Cedar City!

I cannot say enough good about this location! The staff is always so kind, helpful, and go above and beyond! I would like to acknowledge Kim and say that she exemplifies what customer service should be! Thank you Starbucks in Cedar City for all you do!

Came here with wife and son, bought 3 drinks & 2 breakfast items. (My 7 year old son is a “born-again-vegan” and won’t eat any food item off their menu)

BUT, instead I received 3 drinks & 3 breakfast items though. #winning

On our way out of the drive-thru, I saw someone holding a sign asking for money, and I could tell that they were down on their luck. I pulled up and said I don’t have any cash on me, but offered my additional breakfast item I got for free by accident, to the homeless stranger.

I was feeling good about myself as I drove away watching in my rearview mirror as the guy then threw the food that I had just handed them, (i. e. The double smoked cheddar breakfast sandwich) into the bushes.

They were either throwing into the bushes for one of three reasons:
1. He was saving it for later night time
2. Feeding a feral racoon.
3. Forgot how to eat food? That’s Criminal…

My daughter always wants their coffee when she gets a headache, so that's where we went. The staff was cheerful and understanding when I made a mistake with the order, and they took my daughter's shot allergy very seriously when we asked about whip cream. Merry Christmas to them!

I came in around 930 am jan 26, everyone was friendly and the customer service was great, my cold brew wasnt how I thought it was which was my mistake and they were happy to work with me idk the name of who helped me but she was great

The staff is always very friendly. I haven't had an unpleasant experience yet. The facility is well maintained. You cant go wrong with a pumpkin spice frappe.

9-25-23 Ordered a couple of drinks and was served the wrong ones. Went back to get the right drinks and again not what I ordered. But it tasted better than the first set of drinks, so I ran with them.
9-23-23 We got what we ordered (a group of 4) and were delighted with the service and the drinks!
I'm just saying that we get it, and you never know what is going on in other people's lives. We appreciate you all!

Kim did a great job, offered me a suggestion of gingerbread iced chai, and guessed exactly right that it would be just the drink for me today. This location had speedy service, a clean environment, and a cheerful staff.

SHOUT OUT to RILEY!!! I went to Starbucks today and had the kindest soul with the happiest personality serve us. He was truly the epitome of what customer service is all about! He made me a surprise drink (per my number request) and it was to die for. Thank you friend, I’ll be back soon! 🙏🫶🏽😊

Went into Starbucks today and the employees were so nice at this location! Very helpful and answered all my questions. I believe their names were Levi and Sadie! Thank you for the speedy and friendly service!

I use the drive thru but the service it's fast and excellent they did my beverages just right

Friendly service, but my coffee came out a little burnt tasting, so I asked for another. I got no resistance, or pushback, the barista explained to me that blonde shots might be more to my liking, and made me a new coffee. I appreciate the way they handled my complaint! Now I know what kind of coffee fits me better.

It’s a good stop to use the bathroom

This Starbucks is a busy location, but they get everyone their order in a pretty good time. We frequent this Starbucks a lot with our traveling clinic and have only had positive experiences, so far! Keep up the good work, we will be back in soon!

Oh my goodness their poor staff was working themselves to the bone this morning! It was so busy in there! My mobile order took about 15 minutes longer than expected but as I stood there, the Starbucks staff didn't slow down for even a minute!

My drink was delicious as always and the staff was in a cheerful mood despite the high demand on them. I don't think there's anything the staff could have done better to serve their customers than what they were doing. I think Cedar was just in a coffee mood this morning and we all went to Starbucks!
