i try to don’t go to these store because most of the time I’ll take me a lot of time waiting in line to pay what I want to buy because usually there is only one cashier in there

-5 Stars!!!!Never have fountain drinks and I doubt they clean it correctly anyway. Always dirty no one ever works just on phones. The dirtist Stripes in town how does corporate not do anything

This location is the dirtiest stripes I have been too. The cabinet that holds the hot fried burritos looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The employees working there were just on their phones instead of working.

JOE (clerk) @4:30 pm 6/10/23 cleverly switched a $50 winning lottery ticket with a losing ticket prior to scanning … he keeps several losing tickets of all sizes near the scanner purposefully as decoys to make it confusing for Al customers because their visibility is limited at certain angles.. I saw him do this right in front of my eyes… stay away from the store, stay away from JOE!

2 of the cashiers are really good to do business with (sadly I don't know their names) but one of them (some guy with glasses and dark hair) is really rude and unprofessional and always makes sideways comments. Snatched a bag of chips out of my girlfriends hands just cuz we asked for another plastic bag since he only gave us one for 7 items.

Honestly good store Close to my house I just hate coming here late night because people soliciting outside every night asking people walking in and out of the store for money. I would love to buy them food but they only ask for cash or if they offered to clean my windshield I would definitely give them some cash. Even when I pay at the pump and still be asked is really getting irritating and the workers don’t seem to care or even say anything.

This specific Stripes is the worst Run convenience store and all of Midland by far. Their gas pumps are broken most of the time and if they work then there credit or debit systems are down half the time forcing it to prepay which makes it hard when you want to fill up. Stripes makes their own ice they don't subcontract out but this store never has ice in stock because they're so short-handed so it could be a hundred degrees outside and they won't even bother to make ice. And they don't care. The reservoirs that hold the windshield washer fluid and Squeegee are either empty or dirty from not being changed out for days so you can't reliably think that you're going to have the ability to clean your windshield if you want to. The sheer incompetence of this location is mind-blowing. The problem is is that convenience stores don't really want to be competitive in the marketplace as far as what they pay their employees so it will never be corrected or fixed until upper management and executives decide to fix that problem. It's even worse than normal retail which I worked in for 19 years. So they just shrug their shoulders and throw their hands up and just accept it which is pathetic

It is appearant that the staff and management of this location care NOTHING about the store and especially the customers. We live close by so unfortunately have had to go in many times we can not ever get a fountain drink because they are out and do not change them they are always out of our cigarettes and when we ask to change the drinks they don't it remains that way for weeks sometimes. I love all the other stripes around town but this one has horrible management!! If I could I would give it -5 stars

They do Not filled windshield washer fluid so you can clean your windows at fuel islands. Trash cans seem to always be full & store is dirty every time I have been in this Stripes.

Terribly ran place. Can not buy anything past 12am because the clerk decide it’s his nap time till 1-2am like wow

Zero stars. Spend your hard earned $ somewhere else. The chevron and exxon stations always have cheaper gas too.
