Our experience with Chappell Roofing has always been positive. Our latest roof replacement went very smooth with crews only being on the roof 1 day. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company. The finished product was great and the aftermath of construction around our house was basically nothing. It's nice to have a local company that does great work and is very responsive to you.

Finished my new roof in one day and did an amazing job!! Jeremy made the roofing process SO easy!! I will recommend them to everyone because they are such a great local company. Awesome job as always.

Thomas Kiefer was a total delight to work with. He was patient with me while I was trying to make my selection & helped walk me thru every step. His roofers worked all day & completed it that same day. They also left everything very clean with no nails. We were so very pleased with Thomas & his team who were all great guys & would gladly recommend them to everyone!

I was overwhelmed with “fly by night” roofing companies the morning after a major hail storm. A group of them took over our neighborhood . There were and still are 5 unknown companies still out here. Rather entertain them like my neighbors did, I called my Insurance Agent who HIGHLY recommended Chappell Roofing. Now I know why. Thomas Kiefer took care of everything for me, even dealing w my insurance carrier. I had some damage outside of Chappell’s scope and Thomas took care of that too. Excellent job replacing my roof. Prompt, professional, and wonderful customer service. Gary took great care of me before and after the roof was installed, which was completed in one day. Except for the brand new roof, I would not have known that any work had been done at my house...no trash, nails, tools...cleaned up EVERYTHING and were gone before I got home in the evening.

I love my new Chappell Roof! We were hit by a bad hail storm and had to deal insurance coverage and adjusters that weren’t the best. Jeremy with Chappell Roofing explained in detail everything we needed to do and made the process smooth and easy. His advice helped us get the most possible from our insurance and he even helped with choosing the right shingle for our roof based on the style and color of brick of the house, and that was priceless! I knew our roof was nearing its end, but it wasn’t until the new one was put on that I could really see how much of an impact a new roof has on the look of our house. Our new Chappell Roof is beautiful.

Very happy with my experience. They are very professional did a great job. I had a few questions after the roof was done they sent Gary out he answered all my question in a timely professional manor. I short while after the roof was done another storm rolled through and they came out fixed the vent cap without issue
