I went to get Elf accessories for my daughter's school. It's Elf Day! I found a T-shirt & Beanie hat from the movie Elf!!

Festus, Heather, & Brittany were beyond wonderful towards me tonight. I’ve been really ill to my stomach and the Teledoc people incorrectly called in the prescription more than once AND forgot to file through my insurance all within the half hour before the pharmacy was supposed to close tonight. The pharmacy staff was so empathetic and kind enough to fill my prescription, and even had to stay a few minutes past their closing time to make it happen which they absolutely did not have to do. I know it’s sick season and lots of people aren’t feeling their greatest but PLEASE be patient and kind to your pharmacy staff, as they are doing the best they can. Thank you again, Festus, Heather, & Brittany for your kindness - keep doing a great job & May you be blessed for being under appreciated public servants!

In over 10 years of dealing with pharmacists and pharmacy personnel all over Texas and Oklahoma, I’m pleased to write my first review thanks to Festus, the pharmacist at this location. While I’m well-aware that retail pharmacy offers no time for customer service, he has consistently been helpful and willing to answer my questions. I feel cared for, and while dealing with insurance and pharmacy all on their own can be frustrating to say the least, Festus does his best to work within the broken healthcare system to help his clients. When my husband and I went to get our boosters at the CVS on Big Spring, I was surprised to see that Festus recognized my husband from his multiple visits to the pharmacy while I recovered from surgeries, and he talked to my husband like they were old friends. I hope the CVS goddesses read this review and give Festus a fat raise, and I hope other patients read this and find a flicker of encouragement when dealing with pharmacies.

Pharmacist and Heather are always so helpful! Never have a problem with this CVS, with others I’ve had.

The pharmacy staff is always so professional and coucourteous.There are two employees I'd like to single out . Alma and the pharmacist Fetus who show true kindness to everyone. Consider yourselves lucky to have these awesome people in your employment.
