I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Dave and his business, Personal Touch Auto Glass, in replacing the back window of my business van. Dave timely assistance was crucial in ensuring that I could keep my appointments and not face any inconvenience. Despite it being a holiday, Dave was prompt in ordering the glass and having it delivered the very next day. He even took the effort to install it on Saturday, which reflects his commitment towards his work and customers.
Their exceptional customer service skills and empathetic attitude towards my situation were impressive, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of car window replacement. 5.02.24 my third fix in the past 6 months from Dave & Aida at Personal Touch! Great folks and again thankful we have auto glass work here local. Thanks again! It wouldn’t let me do another review, so I’m adding in.

I have had both a windshield and driver door window replaced or fixed by them and they do great work. It was also nice to have a courtesy ride to and from my office since I was local. It’s great having a local windshield and repair company close by and near me.

I wholeheartedly endorse Personal Touch Auto Glass. The Personal Touch team takes great pride in their work and are genuinely concerned for the safety of their customers. I recently had my windshield replaced on my Honda Accord and during the installation, Dave found a manufacturer’s defect in the paint. The defect did not allow the gasket to adhere. He applied the proper primer, correcting the defect. My new windshield is now safely installed. Personal Touch is our “Go To Source” for our auto glass needs.

This husband/wife team was AMAZING. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. On short notice, they came to me, and meticulously fixed my front window which had multiple dings. My window looks brand new, as if there had never been any chips whatsoever. They were kind, friendly, and professional. I 100% recommend them if you need any of the services they offer.

Dave and Aida are the kindest business professionals you’ll meet in the auto-repair industry. They came to my location and repaired my windshield in a quick manner, but did a very thorough job and explained the process very well. I will definitely use them again. 10/10 experience!
