I own a woodworking business and I have had many shirts and business wear made over the years. I came to Bear Prints and told them what I wanted and didn't want. Amber worked with me until we found the best material, design and colors for my company's wear. They let me work hand and hand with their graphic designer until I was happy. I am in the business of being detailed regarding custom furniture and Bear Prints did that exactly...they paid attention to what I wanted and came through with a great product.
I now go to them for all my needs for hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. I would highly recommend Bear Prints! Thanks!!!

Words cannot express how very pleased we are with this company. The owners and staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. Our logo was not in the right format for screenprinting and I had previously worked with another company on it as well as with the graphic designers at Vistaprint (repeatedly). Neither company could get the right color and since my logo had shading in it, the actual finished product looked terrible both times around. However, everything changed when I went to Bear Prints! Their graphic designer, Wayne, worked wonders with our logo! Not only did he get the exact color we were hoping for, he also re-built the logo to work properly for screen printing while maintaining the integrity of our brand-- including the shading and all! The shirts turned out far better than I was hoping for and the whole experience with the entire staff was just awesome! I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Ordered shirts for my employees and originally wanted embroidered logos on polo shirts, after talking with the sales team at Bear Prints they suggested doing a screen print instead. It turned out great! Logo looked great and didn't pucker like embroidery always does. Thank you for keeping my crew looking sharp!

I started using Bear Prints two years ago for my business screen printing. Every time I place an order I am extremely impressed with the customer service, turnaround time, and the finished product. I have used several shops around town and I will never use anyone but Bear Prints.

Bear Prints is our organization’s go-to for printing our logo on materials. We have used them for our staff shirts and jackets, canvas bags, youth programs, and volunteer shirts. Our logo always looks great and the printed items are high quality. We love working with the staff - Emily has been available to answer all my excessive question and talk through products with me. Since I work for a non-profit, they give us discounts that make all the materials affordable. We will only ever use Bear Prints for our screen printing needs.

Very helpful and polite. Came here after getting the worst customer service from TshirtsRus. Its off division, take underwood all the way down to the end of 2nd. Less expensive than any other place I called too.

Quality work and product

Order got jumbled and my hats did not make the cut with everything else. You can request a color and they will get it close and give you what they want. It will be good quality and likely get tons of compliments though.

I was in their shop yesterday to pick up a sweat shirt I ordered, (one of many from the past) . Discovered the one sweatshirt was $60! Egads! The gal who waited on me was rude and when I said I found the cost was shocking she immediately grabbed the item and left the front desk..leaving me standing in the lobby alone; no SORRY, or... "well, let's see if we can have a win/win here, because I want your business going forward". NO! They had no idea I was going to put in another large order as we have hired a few employees for our next big project. Glad I don't have to put up with them any more! (I found them rather curt in the past, but shrugged it off).There's plenty of OTHER printing shops I can have better service. Shar/owner of a business here in Bend
