The OPEN times are: 6:30am - 7:30pm. So go in and grab a meal replacement that tastes great and is better for you than pretty much anything from the “shake” place close by.

I love the nutrition stores, but this one is gorgeous! Comfortable interior, clean, easily accessible. I loaded up on teas as I was unavailable to get over there throughout the week, and they make it super easy, always delicious.

I’ve been to many nutrition shops and this I have to say is my fave! Customer service was very friendly and informative. Their teas are as they should be when picking a level of energy and prices are very fair!!! Oh and it tasted great!!! I will be returning!

I love this place!! The shakes are amazing and the fact that I can take things home is so convenient. I also get two teas for less than the price of one here if you get the concentrate to take home. The flavors are delicious and they even make custom items on request! Since I have been coming here the weight has literally been falling off! The staff is friendly and helpful. I will keep coming back because good service is hard to find!

Love this place! The wedding cake shake is my favorite! I love herbal life GREAT products. I love the tea as well with the lift offs❤ Only complaint Sunday only open until 4pm other then that Love Love this place.

Popped in looking for a supplement to classic energy drinks and I was pleasantly surprised to find that and so much more! They have shakes for every diet, and energy boosting teas to compliment. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful finding a tea that fit my needs. I’m so glad to have found a nutrition spot close to my home, I will definitely be coming back for more!

The Nutrition Spot is life changing!! In life we all have cravings that we want to satisfy but we do not want to destroy our bodies with too much sugar or too much fat or too high off calories. Well ladies and gentleman, that has all changed. When I first tried the amazing shake and tea combo, I was left speechless. It brought me back to my childhood days when I ate peanut butter, chocolate, cookie dough, fruit roll ups, sour patch kid’s and so much more all the time lol. If you are an athlete or a bodybuilder or a powerlifter or a NoBull crossfit trainer, you will value this amazing place. Great protein, low sugar, low calories and low carbs. The owners of the Nutrition Spot are strong faith filled Christians who love Jesus and who love to serve others. Our bodies represent the temple of Christ and it’s our duty to keep our bodies healthy for the Lord. I would recommend the Nutrition Spot to anyone who is on a journey with their body and who desires to live their best life. Everyone who works at the Nutrition Spot has always been so kind and caring and strive in excellence everyday. I went here for the first time today and loved it. I had a coupon for a free shake and energy drink and the lady was super helpful because I didn’t know what I’d really like, and I loved her suggestions. Definitely plan to come back and try more things.
