My daughter has attended school her since she was 6 weeks old. She has enjoyed every class she has been in. We have enjoyed bringing her to school everyday and being a part of the Happy Hands family. I would highly recommend Happy Hands to anyone looking for a daycare. It's so much more than a daycare. The teachers are highly motivated and invested in teaching each and every child.

This is a Christian based education and learning Center for infants to age 6 who are hearing impaired or have other communicative impairment. I have 6 grandchildren they have helped raise teaching them the importance of Christ, lessons in American Sign Language, and preparing them for life. The staff and faculty are like family! The founders are too and are some of the most wonderful people I have the pleasure of knowing.

In march of 2013 the Tulsa Downtown Lions club toured the Happy Hands Facility and learn about their mission and goals. Words truly cannot describe the what I felt about the work they are doing. Fantastic, awesome, unbelievable do not even come close. No one is turn down regardless of their economic situation; they receive no federal funds; their building is paid for; if money is short the teachers forgo their salaries until monies are available; in short the Happy Hands staff is the most dedicated set of individuals I've met in the genre of communities. I can only say if you are looking to donate money to a cause this is the one.

I will tell you that this is the best school on the planet! No kidding. This school runs on donations! They are not affiliated nor funded by the state, nor United Way. The majority of their students are at or below the poverty line. However, you would think that they teach and care for royalty! My granddaughter had a significant hearing loss and speech impairment. She was an introvert, wouldn't speak and was so incredibly shy that she hid behind her mother's legs even with me.....Her "Nana" and I saw her daily!). They worked MIRACLES! She has "graduated" Happy Hands and is in kindergarten at a public school, is more advanced than every child in her class, talks non-stop and has amazing CONFIDENCE! Her speech is much improved and she is reading above grade level (she actually reads to the students in her class). The newly appointed director Jan is absolutely amazing! She has been with HH basically since the beginning and she knows her stuff! The speech therapist Mary Ann is a gem and it is obvious that she has found her calling!. ALL of the teachers and office staff are some of the best people you would ever want to meet. They GENUINELY love the children, are the utmost professionals and the kids love them. The school is state of the art, is modern, clean and highly innovative. Hopefully, I pray, you will never need this school for your child or grandchild, but if you do, they are amazing. But if you don't, I have a huge wish...that you would seriously consider donating to this amazing organization. It would be a tragedy for this school to have to close due to the lack of funding. So please, if you are looking for a legitimate organization to donate -this is it. I can promise you that every red cent goes back into the school for these precious children!

I had the privilege of working at Happy Hands in Broken Arrow, OK many years ago. The staff will go above and beyond for the children and each other. Happy Hands is the most caring, loving, and giving school ever. It really is all about the children.
