Tyler Lee helped my son and I pick out a new bedroom suit for his bedroom. Tyler was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products he sold and was helpful throughout. He had the bed in stock and personally verified all the parts were in top condition. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Very pleased! Ira knew his stuff and was very helpful but not pushy. He told about the updates over the years and what the various types of mattresses offer. Was also knowledgeable about the pillows. The sleep satisfaction guarantees are awesome.

Denver mattress has a good selection of mattresses and even better staff. Leslie was exceptionally helpful. We arrived knowing we needed a mattress but not knowing much else. She helped us figure out we need a firm mattress and quickly narrowed down Denver mattress's large selection to just a few mattresses, saving us a lot of time. Our sales person Big was awesome. He showed us a couple of selections that we were interested in trying. He explained the difference between the selection and pointed out the benefits of those difference. Also pointed some alernatives to what we were looking at. We actually like one of his recommendations and purchased the essentials package. Big was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

I have a twin bed from Denver Mattress and it had been stored a few months. When I started putting it together I didn’t have all the screws and wheels. I spoke with Ira and he was so accommodating and helpful. I was more than happy to have his help! I actually have recommended DM to others before this.

Big Nunez was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me mattresses based on my needs and price range and helped me select an adjustable frame just right for me. I found him personable and not forceful in his sales technique. He gave me the time to make the right decision for me. He was most informative. I was glad I worked with him!

We met with Ira at Denver Mattress, and explained that we had bought a specific mattress back in 2011 and we're looking for something similar since they no longer carried the mattress we had bought back then. Ira looked up our account, and informed us that they did still carry thar specific mattress but it had a new name. To say we were thrilled is an understatement. Ira walked us through all pricing, possible discounts and more. He was thorough, informative and didn't try to force us into anything.
