The Vault Restaurant

Really nice dining experience at The Vault. Nice ambience they have going on there. Started with the spinach bacon artichoke dip and carnitas street tacos. Both really solid appetizers. I ordered the dry aged ribeye for an entrée with some fries and salad with honey lime viniagrette dressing. I ate the entire 14oz steak. Was cooked perfectly, unbelievably tender. Well worth the price. Finished with some churros for dessert, and my fiance got the salted caramel cheese cake. I'd put money that this is the best dining experience in the area by a long shot. Will make a point to come back any time I'm in the area!

So delicious!!! Steak was the best we have had. Pad Thai had lots of chicken, egg, peanuts, and the right amount of cilantro and green onion.
Crab cakes were crispy and yummy.
Bissel brothers substance ipa was great with the steak!
Great date night spot. We ate, literally, in the vault, so it was nice and private!

Awesome healthy chicken bowl, yummy burger with exceptional fries, tasty nachos! Loved it. Eat in the actual vault. So cool!

The staff was so sweet during the Houlton Eclipse Festival! The perfect place to sit and have a drink before the excitement started!

Excellent food, servers and setting! Brussel Sprouts, Steak Salad, Pork Tacos and burgers were excellent. Best and freshest French fries we’ve ever tasted.
All food was homemade and despite no kids menu they graciously created meals for our (semi) picky children. We would definitely return if traveling in area again!

We enjoyed an excellent meal at The Vault. Our appetizers were outstanding. If you don't think you like Brussels sprouts, try theirs. The side dishes were varied and blended well with the entrees. The portions were perfect. It's exciting to have a good restaurant in town with a focus on fresh and healthy entrees.

Innovative Asian-inspired fusion with meticulous attention to presentation and bold flavors that complement each other. Technically perfect dishes with excellent service. Easily the best restaurant in the County.

The vault is a nice quiet place in a moce quiet town. I was a little skeptical of getting my order to go but the Shimp Alfredo I ordered was simply delicious. The wait staff were very friendly and though our food took a few more minutes than expected they were more than happy to have us enjoy a drink before we left.

Ordered takeout for a family of family of 11. Salmon was moist and tasty. Pasta was delicious. But mainly everybody loved the dirty fries. Food was ready right on time and staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Our first visit to The Vault in Houlton, Maine, but not our last. What a gem of a restaurant in a small town in Northern Maine. We recommend the seafood tostadas!

Five Star hands down the best food in Northern Maine. I had Carne Asada street tacos and they were amazing ! Very impressed, We can’t wait to come back.

This place is absolutely amazing. The best steak I have ever had in my life, hands down. Do not hesitate to stop off here and enjoy the food ever.

We had the shrimp, chicken and tofu Pad Thai and Salmon entrees. Very delicious! Cool atmosphere with an actual table in a vault because the restaurant used to be a bank.
