LOVE this WeStreet branch!! Another branch is closer and we go out of our way to go to the BA Branch. Mike the teller is always so kind to us and our kiddos. Maria with member services goes over and above to help answer our questions. She is knowledge and so helpful in many different areas. We have business and personal accounts, as well as kids savings and it is nice to just work with one person for it all. Thank you for your excellent service Maria!!

Worst customer service ever. Made a car payment for my son and was charger a fee because I'm not a member of their bank. Really.

I had a mediocre experience with tulsa federal credit union until my wife and I met Savannah. She is literally the best! Probably some of the best customer service I've had anywhere and she has been a great help in getting us a used car loan and even making sure it was a good deal. She is very personable and remembers us when we come in or call. I've just never had someone go so above and beyond to help my wife and I with anything we needed or asked. I will be coming back to her for anything financial we need because I know she'll take care of us. Give her a raise already!

Banking with them since '91. Never had any problems and love the online banking. For some of the complaints I read...It's a credit union so don't expect branches all over the place. The service has always been good at each branch I've been too (and I think I've visited everyone at some point). Banking here has been better than the local bank and credit union I used in times past.

I done banking with Tulsa Federal, now WeStreet, for over 40 years. Always a great experience!

I don't have much interaction with the employees as most of my business in done through the drive through after hours. I have been a member at this C.U. (back to when it was Tulsa Federal Employees C.U.) since I was 16 yrs. old and my Dad worked for the USPS. It's always been a good place to do business and I'd recommend it to family and friends.

Great credit union with friendly employees. Got 4 stars because when I went through the drive thru on a Saturday during supposed drive thru hours, they were not open. Frustrating!
