The staff at the location Broken Arrow are awesome. Every one of them are always pleasant and professional.

I have banked with TTCU for almost 10 years now. Have never had any issues with them, and I love the broken arrow location. Any one I have ever worked with jn this location has always been so nice and helpful. One of the best banks in my opinion.

The service and value offered are unmatched; every person I've ever dealt with have been great to work with. Sherry was an absolute gem to work with today; I wasn't sure what services I needed and she took the time to walk me through each option step by step. I highly recommend TTCU!

TTCU is the BEST for anything you need!! They make everything so easy to understand, and they are quick and are willing to answer all your questions! The mobile banking app is the best! You can even transfer money and make your payments (car, credit card, loan) all from your phone, you don't even have to go to a branch! WE LOVE TTCU!!!

Frustrating watching management walk around and chat and then sit in their office for 10 mins while customers are in the lobby waiting.
The tellers are very nice and friendly, but I get tired of this poor management and the long wait as they sit in n empty offices. Kinda get that feeling that the customer isn't that important
I have never sat longer than 10 mins at a bank.

Went to the bank to talk to someone. They put me in a room to video conference a teller. I knew it was going downhill when they got rud of the drive thru and replaced them with video tellers.... Why even have branches if you don't staff them?

The chip in my debit card stopped working (but the strip continued to work). I called for a replacement card. What does TTCU do? They shut off my existing debit card while I wait 3 weeks for a replacement card. No ability to purchase anything FOR 3 WEEKS. Talked with a manager, nothing they can do. After 13 years, this was the last incident (of many) that we will tolerate. There is always some beauracratic excuse for the disfunction. We will be closing the accounts in favor of a new institution. Isn't the free market great? When someone doesn't deliver, you can choose someone else!

Bad experience! The teller drivethrough is run by people sitting in a cubicle at a completely different location. This allows for a disconnect from their branch and having customer relationships. I drove out of my way to cash my check here. When I arrived the front door has signs saying due to construction to use the drive through. The cubicle teller guy in the drive through told me to go inside. He didnt even know which branch I was at! 😧 When I told him there is construction he then proceeded to tell me I needed to drive to 21st and aspen in tulsa. Bad service, bad experience, and bad relationships with customers. Technology is great until you discontinue providing a quality service to customers and then your doing yourself a disadvantage as a business. Thanks but my account will be moved elsewhere
