I came in and asked for extra cheese on my burger and they hooked it up!!! Very quick and it was delicious.

Careful when pulling in from Elm, there is a dip! Otherwise, it's a better than average location! Food is always good temp, rarely ever out of stock when I visit for lunch. Lines aren't very long most visits.

I have eaten here for many years and the food is always great never had too many issues and they were able to fix them easily with no hassle. They are one of the busiest McDonald's in BA but they always keep it together and make great breakfast. Keep up the good work team! The staff has been working hard to keep a great place going.

I went in and ordered 18 Happy Meals for my elementary school Choir. The staff made everything so fast, and they even helped me carry it all to my car in the freezing rain! They went over and above. Thank you so much! (And the kids loved their Happy Meals!)

McDonald's breakfast is almost a spiritual ritual for me. ☺ THIS SPECIFIC location has gotten it right 100% of the time and it is NEVER undercooked or cold. Highly recommend!!

Always hot frys and burgers hot to never to slow and in our goot time and staff always seem good moods no matter the time

Could you possible hire quicker cashiers during the lunch hour at the Walmart side. The McDonalds in this store has the fastest crew and their saimin is one of my favorites! I enjoy the MGriddle and local breakfasts, too. My complaint is about a checker named Ruth. She took forever and did not greet us. Did not apologize for the delay. There was a family with a significant purchase and was very personable and showing more care towards tourists than the rest of the locals in our line. I swear she took almost 10 min and she was waiting for the husband to come back in line with more items. She didnt have much to say to us and told her life story to the customers ahead of us. Customers behind me looked like they were tired and bored waiting in line.

The store 71st and elm in broken arrow sets the standard for operating a mcdonalds efficiently and productively. Also I see the same employees there every morning. They do an awesome job and the managers are very friendly and always smiling. Besides the one on 1st and Utica no other can compare

Great job by the manager who wore a blue shirt!!!! As well happy birthday to Caden!! Who will be turning 21!! Be safe!…as well please slow down a little bit bc you aren’t premised tomorrow Homie!!! Lastly It was first day of school for BAPS!!! I went and got my y daughter a hotcakes w/sausage and a hash-brown! Ty for the greasy food that will clog my arteries !! Do you love IT??????????

This location has excellent service, our order was almost all correct but I blame the error on the wind blowing across the microphone. They can't hear the customer very well.

Was greeted with a smiling face my order was ready within 2 minutes pretty good considering this store was extremely busy and short staffed . Can't add more

Fast service and they didn't ask me to "pull forward please" (my biggest pet peave in a fast food drive thru!) and the order was fresh and correct! A+ in my book nowadays!

Today @ 2pm the the shift supervisor took our order. He informed me of the delay that they were having due to call ins. He was kind, polite, and he directed the crew it was evident just how well tuned the staff is. Even though the crew was in a bind periodic moments of laughter that relieves stresses that accompany these circumstances. The shift supervisor brought out trays to those that ordered, and apologized for the inconvenience of the wait (although I didn'tthink it was much of an inconvenience). I feel that he went above and beyond and in a way that any customer service personnel should aspire to.

I come here all the time. Today was the first time i have ever had an issue. I ordered fries, a drink and 3 special mcdoubles. I only received one burger, called up, and Abby answered and was very apologetic, and they gave me an extra burger and a free small fry coupon! Come to this one. They know what they're doing!
