“Nobody goes there anymore. It's too crowded.” Yogi Berra

4.6 star rating with over 1200 reviews on Google is evidence of the restaurants popularity, and the fact that this Saturday morning the parking lot was full. Parking had overflowed in to adjoining businesses. If you are going to eat here on Saturday, go very early or after 10 am. We walked in the at 9:30; the place was packed. A beehive of activity. Fortunately, a group of 8 or more local firefighters were finishing and we got a table.

The restaurant is well staffed with a team of friendly cheerful attentive ladies. They worked well together to keep things moving as if rehearsed. Regardless of who your initial waiter was they will all stop by to check on you. The restaurant is small. When crowded like today, a collision involving waitresses with arms loaded with plates, seemed inevitable. Never happened, they flowed smoothly back and forth to the kitchen like a school of fish. Great service.

I had selected five of Google's top rated diners in the Tulsa area for this morning’s meal. Deciding came down to one thing; which restaurant had the best looking hashbrowns. 50’s diner had the winning picture of what diner hash brown should look like. I wasn’t disappointed.

I ordered the “All American with Meat.” Two eggs, bacon, hash browns, a biscuit and gravy. I didn’t realize how hungry I was, until the plate was clean. My wife chose the bacon omelet with the seasoned fried potatoes. She loved the meal. Check the pictures.

They have a great deal for breakfast during the week. Two eggs, two bacon, hashbrowns, biscuit and gravy for $7.99, served weekdays from 6am to 8am. You can’t eat a meal at McDonalds that good, for that price, with service. And, my wife spotted the pie menu!
Possibly the best diner in Broken Arrow.

When we walked in and saw the packed diner, Yogi Berra’s famous saying came to mind.

If you are looking for the burger that used to be, this is definitely the place to find it. Traveling across the U.S. on trips it is hard to find a burger that takes both hands to pick up anymore.

The fries are plentiful and crisp, not the usual limp ones you often find today. Didn't ask, but the patty looked hand made and was prepared perfect.

The breakfast ordered had the largest sausage we have seen in awhile with plenty of eggs (not watery), crisp bacon, and excellent french toast.

The service was great and the team was very attentive.

We enjoyed all of the art on the walls as well as the displays in the corners. The music fit the ambiance and was just loud enough to enjoy without making us raise our voices to hear each other.

The only recommendation we have for the diner is to change coffee. They coffee served was extremely weak and we ended up putting them aside.

They went above and beyond accommodating my food allergies. I was really craving a good Indian taco but I have a beef and pork allergy, so I asked if I could just get beans instead of beef on mine. They let me know their beans also had bacon in them but they ended up cooking me up some beans without, which I did not expect at all, but super appreciated them for doing so. I will definitely be back!

Why anyone would go wait 2 hours down the street at First Watch when you could come to 50's Diner is beyond me. Better food, better atmosphere, the staff is so nice and attentive. Not to mention the most bang for your buck with food serving size and taste. Never had a bad dish or experience.

Food amazing!! I cannot say enough things about how amazing the staff is here!! They were so cheerful, helpful, and all around the best staff I’ve encountered in quite some time!! We were asked by several how everything was and if we needed anything.

Refreshing to say the least.

We were a larger, noisy party but we had the BEST service! So friendly and attentive. All the food was so good. We were tasting each other's dishes. This was my first time there. I had the Indian Taco. It was by far the best I've had anywhere. Loved the sweetness of the salsa. Will certainly be back when I come to Oklahoma.

This is as close to the American dream you're going to get. The portions are straight out of another era. I truly felt I stepped back in time. Have you seen the size of the bacon 🥓 strips. Top notch!

1950s diner with all the memorabilia, posters and all America fare on the menu you'd expect. They recently extended their hours, which I love. Breakfast for dinner is the best some times. The staff is great and the owner does a good job.

I absolutely enjoyed my breakfast here. The service is excellent. The coffee is the best and I no more than had half my cup empty each time and someone was by to fill it and each time they filled it it tasted like a fresh cup.

Loved the small diner. The food was great. Big portions. Staff was very friendly and worked as a team to help each other out. The aprons were cool as well and the girls that were working there seemed to enjoy it.

Wanting breakfast for dinner I stopped by the 50’s Diner. I had two blueberry pancakes with the blueberries in the pancakes and blueberry syrup on the pancakes. With sausage added it was really good. Highly recommend.
