I have lived here for 1 year. Robyn has been the best representative for Hartford Commons. She is very aware of good things and any issues. She is very caring to all residents. Bob and BJ in maintenance are terrific and anything needed to be fixed has be done very quickly and with friendly service.

Maintenance always took care of us and Miss Robin took great care of the tenants wishes.

I've been living here for about 5 months now and I can tell you I haven't had any problems either maintenance wise or management wise. The nice ladies who work there are very friendly and open. They are clean, punctual, welcoming, honest, and caring. If you ever have issues they do their best to help sort it out or try to give you alternatives if they can't help you. They are clean and efficient. Got nice space for the price. They work hard and even harder for the people around them to solve issues.

Got a great rate on a studio. Quiet environment and even courtesy laundry on site.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Been here 18 years.

Tiffany is the very best!!! The apartments are so clean and very spacious. My wife and I are so very happy with our decision to move in here.

great management staff. Kim is always walking the property with a smile on her face even in the rain. If I tell Kim something is wrong in my apartment by the next day it is fix.

Thank you to Beverly and Tabitha for helping me find my new place! I moved from out of state and appreciate how smooth they made the process.

So far I'm enjoying my studio. The new management has been spot on. Mary has been a great new addition to the staff.

Thankfully they got rid of the staff that were rude and well I do hope the next customers don't have a bad experience like me and my mom.

When I was going to sign the lease, suddenly they didn't have the unit anymore, instead they had another with price jacked up higher they added an administrative fee and wanted more for a security deposit. When I questioned it they got mad and refused to rent to me. They stole my application fee and threatened me with a baseball bat when I asked for it back. This is a real slumlord avoid this place. PS what they are doing is illegal.

If you can afford to live somewhere else, do it. I’ve been living here for almost 2 months now & I AM ALREADY READY TO MOVE. I can not live with the roaches , it’s disgusting. I am seriously not comfortable in here . I have thrown so many pots and pans away because they get crawled on. Now I just put them in my refrigerator to keep them from getting crawled on by roaches which is ridiculous smh. These people even sat and PAINTED OVER DEAD ROACHES on the wall and moved me into this apartment ! that is disgusting. Then they want you to pay all that money to break the lease . who wants to live like this ? they might don’t mind it , but I’m not dealing with it ! i would hate to see what their house looks like . I don’t even want to move furniture in here !! there’s so many things wrong with this apartment that should have been fixed prior to me moving in . straight slums , not even worth $630! I can not wait until my lease is up!

By far the WORST! Unprofessional management including the corporate guy that comes to visit. The corporate guy actually wanted to fight me because he thought that I was accusing him of tampering with my a/c unit! They fired the best a/c maintenance guy they had and the ones they keep around don’t know how to fix anything. I went 3 days with no a/c and the manager said it was a priority but she said it’s not actually priority until it’s 90 degrees, which it got up to 88 degrees. They don’t have any respect for anyone. All in all, I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

If you want to find out information about their apartments they never answer the phone. You leave a message and they never call back. You apply and they take your money for the application (which is very high $60 per adult) and then they send you a letter saying that you don't meet their "minimum rental requirement" which they don't explain in their website and of course you don't find out because they don't answer the phone until after they take your application money. SCAM

I applied , gave a 40$ application fee for willamsburg apartments . I was told I got approved and later was asked for a 140$ money order to hold the apartment . I gave the money order to Beverly (she’s amazing a great person) later received an email saying I was denied , we called to figure out what was going on because we had the cash in hand for the house deposit. And turns out we got denied cause of a prior eviction in Massachusetts, when covid started , we were paying way more in Massachusetts so we couldn’t keep up due to covid me loosing my job and my kids not being able to go to daycare . Things got tough . I came out here for another chance knowing I can easily pay monthly rent and bills. I got denied sadly . And it’s just not right to have someone’s hopes up and hold them to ONE prior eviction. I have 3 children and I came here for nothing .
