Hilton Garden Inn Pascagoula

Very nice place to stay. Pricing was reasonable. No continental breakfast but there was a restaurant inside as well as a bar to relax at. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Definitely worth staying at.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a full bar and restaurant. Breakfast was nice with eggs made to order, no buffet, menu and waitress instead. Pet friendly!

Room was great! Clean and had no issues what so ever. Loved that I could use the app as my key to get into the room, very convenient. The food was good too, and reasonably priced.

We were just here for the night, but the staff is awesome. I can't remember the last front desk called the room to see how we liked our room. Great stay!!!

I will repeat this again: Kelvin Murray, Mary Cloud, Gwen Stallworth, Kayla, Cedric, and Alanna were Magnificent and made our entire experience outstanding. Airy, Jojo and Nadia did a great job also. They deserve raises. I cannot stop talking about how wonderful the named individuals made us feel. We had two issues and we discussed with Mary and Gwen and they immediately made it well. The Hilton Garden Inn gets 10 from us.

The room was clean and great. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful! The restaurant in the hotel has great food and friendly staff too. The cleaning crew was amazing and friendly too!

My wife and I pulled in soaking wet from riding our motorcycle in the storm. Maddie and Cynthia were so great. They were able to get us the last room. They had to do a super clean, because someone had stayed there for 4 months. In the meantime, they got us towels and some drinks. The whole staff, Tammy, (the manager), Nadia, (the bartender) and Alana were so very courteous, helpful and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel. We felt bad about all of the water we left on the floor. I did clean some of it up before I went to our room. Someone else cleaned most of it for us.

Rooms was very clean . The room’s smelled good and clean. Anything we needed they was on it . Didn’t have to wait a long time . Very prompt

Everyone was GREAT!!! The whole staff is super friendly from the receptionist to the cleaning lady, EVERYONE made me feel welcome my whole stay! The price isn’t bad and the food and drinks were tasty. This was our second stay here and this time was just as good as the first. We sat down at the bar a little before happy hour but Nadya took our orders early and someone from the kitchen whipped us up a delicious snack way before the kitchen was supposed to open! Nadya was helpful and tried to mix my drinks to my taste since I was being indecisive. Everyone was helpful: Kashia, Mr. Murray, ALL the receptionists were Awesome and our cleaning lady (whose name escapes me) was Amazing!!! I had a great stay! We came for the 90s Review event but I’d come in the future just to receive this Southern Hospitality, that I don’t get often. Keep up the great work!

Great overall experience in every way except for the mattress. Fixable yes but that didn't help my or my wife's back.

The room was amazing; clean and everything was fresh! The service was friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect, not far from the beach, fast food restaurants are close by including shops like Walmart ect. Everyone is very hospitable and they keep a smile on you face and give you a laugh for your day!

Checking in was quick and simple. Christina taking care of breakfast and lunch was the best! Food was great for breakfast , lunch and dinner! Nadya and Zilkau were, and hopefully continue to be, the charming bartenders at the hotel bar/restaurant that have an amazing work ethic and provide amazing service as well as entertaining for the guests. A lot of laughs during my week stay. Myself and my business will be back!

The best hotel experience ever
I have never felt more welcome at a hotel. Trisha was absolutely amazing. she was kind and compassionate and made sure that we were taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel, and highly recommend getting help from Trisha!!

My business group Outside the Box Connections had our first Networking Hob Nob here. The food was so tasty and the drinks were just right. The atmosphere was perfect. They were a little slow because they were understaffed and were not expecting to be as busy but they were able to call people in. We will definitely be going back.

Staff are the best in class. All of them, no exceptions. Gym is decent. Location is great.
Not sure why food is offered inside when all the restaurants are within walking distance.
However, the rooms, microwave and Refrigerator and flooring, all thru requires over haul. All of that is looking very very old, run down and crying for replacement. So, pls do that, if possible.

the Hilton Garden Inn is 100% the best place to stay.
the entire work staff are ready nice and the food is excellent and cook to profession and the bar staff are also very friendly. so stop by for a drink. you love it.

The staff is very friendly and helped me immediately whenever I needed anything. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom, Keurig, TV, all work great. The internet is a little iffy trying to connect to it but its works just fine. The fitness room is great and has just what you need and has 2 TVs in there with the remote as well so u wont have to ask for it. The fitness room also has wipes, towels, germx, so its very clean. You also get a view of the pool. Unfortunately the breakfast isn't free the food is amazing so I would say it's worth the price. I highly suggest staying here and it's right next the hospital which is a great location but you may hear a couple of sirens that last like 3-5 seconds , so bring headphones if that would annoy you. Also the Hilton is right next to mcalisters which has amazing food as well (cheaper too if you dont want to pay for hotel food)

From the time I walked in to the time I left; I was impressed. Gwen at the front desk was a true gem! She gave me local restaurants advice and even helped tuck my tie under my collar. The lobby and rooms are clean. The breakfast isn't free but was perfectly cooked and worth it. Best place in town I'm sure

I was staying with my mom who was in the hospital across the street. I really needed a good night of sleep so that I could drive and take care of her when she was released. This hotel was conveniently located for this. I feel that I received a great rate as a Hilton Honors Member. The hotel is lovely, the staff friendly, and my room was super nice and comfortable. I highly recommend them.
