I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had an outstanding experience. The coffee was perfectly brewed, and the donuts were fresh and delicious. The staff provided excellent service with a friendly demeanor. The cozy ambiance made it an enjoyable place to relax or catch up with friends. Overall, Dunkin' Donuts consistently delivers a five-star experience, making it my go-to spot for a delightful coffee and treat. Highly recommended!

I got a free drink from Dunkin for my birthday. Before the coupon expired, I went into this Dunkin to use it. While looking at the menu board something popped out at me, frozen hot chocolate. I've had it once before at a different coffee establishment and it was delicious. I was not disappointed. Even on a cold day, this went down easy and deliciously. As it melted, it mixed together and became more delicious. I ended up only finishing half, I put the rest in the fridge. The next day it was no longer frozen, but basically a liquid iced chocolate. Dunkin, keep this item on the menu!

Got my usual French Vanilla frozen coffee by drive-thru. Very good.

I was here last week and the most wonderful young man helped me. I had a really nice interaction with him. I wish I remembered his name. I don't think I asked unfortunately. I must say that in today's world we often have to deal with so many difficult people. This gentleman probably deals with them more than most but he was kind, friendly, and we had a pleasant conversation. I only go to Dunkin for my kids, they love donuts, I used to go for the coffee but I was spending so much and NEVER getting drinkable coffee, the taste was almost always bad from the coffee not being fresh (I'm not only referring to this Dunkin, it seems to be many in CT)
This young man should be rewarded and celebrated. Will update my review when I find out his name!!

The place was so busy. I had to wait almost 10 mins. to get my pancake breakfast wrap. The lady was so apologetic when she noticed others who came in after me had ordered and received their order. I told her I was fine waiting, because it was that busy. She gave me 2 wraps for my being so patient though I only ordered 1. I highly recommend this place. Very courteous and friendly staff. I am amazed how they were able to handle such a huge flood of people not only inside, but the drive-thru. Merry Christmas and happy New Year !

Went to dunkin’ for my daily coffee and received amazing service especially from Sky who even recommended some of their new flavors and fall deals coming up. Definitely exceeded my expectations and standards! Will be coming back soon.

I'm a local and this is by far my favorite Dunkin in the New Milford area. I am always stopping in for coffee, donuts, and whatever else. The service is always excellent and the food is always great. They get our orders perfect every time. All of the employees are always very friendly. 5 stars!!
