All of our coffee drinks are always wonderful. Our favorite thing is to see how happy they make our dachshund when they give him his pup cup!

Always, I mean ALWAYS a nice person taking care of my order and NOT once in recent memory did they not have an item in stock! A complete 180 in my opinion and one I am thankful for!
Clean location, great service, and consistent food!

First off the service is great and the food is usually on point. The 1 star is for the fact that this location for whatever reason cannot keep food in stock. Double smoked bacon sandwich is almost always out of stock.
If you are selling out on a regular basis, maybe you should be ordering more stock... This is not just a late in the morning on a weekend kind of issue, it happens at 730am on a weekday as well. Today was probably the 10th time I went to get the sandwich and it was again "sold out".
Just reiterating that the service and food are usually great here, the low rating is for the lack of keeping up with consumer demand...

I really love this Starbucks and their amazing staff! Always kind and friendly and definitely do a good job of things. Once in a while they are a little slow but to be honest they work so hard to make the experience pleasant it’s totally worth it!

The new Torrington Starbucks was clean bright and bigger than most.

Is it possible to have a bad time at Starbucks? The New Milford Starbucks has been a staple or my weekends and my weekdays for years. It is always clean, the employees are always friendly and happy to be there, most importantly the food and drinks are always top notch!! The atmosphere inside is always relaxed and pleasant. Drive through is prompt and the orders are always 100%!! Definitely worth a trip it you're looking for a great crafted beverage or a luxury class bite to eat!

I don't drink coffee but was meeting someone here..constant traffic.

Always the best coffee and breakfast 😋 only problem they don't have soups available until 11am? Like come on! It's so cold out soups should be serve since 8AM 🥲

Mobile order pickup was easy. The staff is friendly. I've been going to this location for about three years now, since I moved from New York. It always a pleasant experience. I would highly reccomend ordering from here.

There are no Starbucks around that can equate to this one in New Milford! The batista's are always friendly, quick, and super knowledgeable.
I've asked for recommendations of drinks to try on the menu, and they've never done me wrong!

Can never go wrong with Starbucks. Anyone who complains about the price doesn't realize that per fluid ounce, it's almost identical. Anyone who complains about the flavor doesn't understand that they have different blend of coffee available at all times. You can cater to any palate at Starbucks.

Woo nice coffee shop, they are doing good, they ask questions to see if they receive the right order, nice place. Quick drive through, nice service offer, no one following up behind closed and blowing interrupting you.

Love going to Starbucks... Staff always friendly.... Love the dark roast ( I realize, not for everyone 😋)... Had banana bread, very yummy... My daughter had a peppermint frappuccino (sp?) Which she liked, especially since it had a little matcha in it.. look forward to going again!

Great tasting coffee, nice and friendly employees, just ONE thing, the location is so busy you have to turn in rather quick, and the driveway is soo steep the front of my car bottomed out, just a fair warning to those in a coupe/sedan or any lowered or weighed down vehicle
