Northern Tool + Equipment

Buying a Whole Home Generator, I spoke to Agnes online chat, she was helpful but referred me to our local store. Where I spoke to Joe, and he was able to further assist me. I decided to order it online even though our store has one in stock. But they have no way to deliver it from there. Hope this Generac generator is everything and more than they advertise.

I was greeted with a genuine positive greeting by Rocky. He asked what he could help me with I told him I needed a trailer wheel and tire he immediately got Eric and we got the right one was in and out in about 5 minutes. Exceptional experience.

They had exactly what I needed. Needed a torch tip cleaner, and they had them.
Great selection of name brand tools.

A salesperson greeted me at the door and got everything I need on my list. Excellent service!

Website is well organized and easy to navigate. Ordered a 6’ step ladder on sale at a great price with local pickup.

Very easy to make purchase and have merchandise shipped to nearest store for pick-up. I utilized the "Chat" option to make sure I could use a multiple payment option (gift card and balance w/ VISA) and the NT rep provided clear and concise explanation / directions.
I am sure I will use this method of shopping in the future. Highly recommended if you do not need to touch/feel your purchase.

Great prices on great tools! I especially like being able to shop on-line then save shipping cost by picking up at store. I had a little trouble understanding the check-out process but a very helpful employee named Jesse was able to chat with me and finish walking me through it. I purchased a Husqvarna weed trimmer online and picked it up at the Tulsa store. Had a problem with the product (or so I thought). Yet they handled my request wonderfully. I later realized my mistake and approached Zach, store manager, and apologized for my honest but goofy mistake. He was very gracious and understanding. Thank you Zach and Lindy.

This place is awesome, the staff is friendly and attentive. My saw broke down I came in before lunch and Lindy, James, Dana and Rocky all worked together effectively and efficiently to get me up and running again. Even the forklift driver was friendly. They were awesome!!! Drove from Oklahoma City to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma because I really needed a Stihl chainsaw. The OKC had a very bad and freak ice storm this week and all the chainsaws in Oklahoma City hardware stores were bought out. I put one on hold and started my hour and a half drive, when I arrived it was already assembled and then tested by running it in the store. The Northern Tool employee also took me to a computer and assisted me in registering my chainsaw for it's warranty and proof of ownership. The two employees that helped me in my purchase were professional and yet very friendly. It was worth the trip to get the power tool I needed. I hope the Northern Tool store in OKC is as good as the one in Broken Arrow and just a hunch...I think they will be!!! Great job guys, I'll definitely be back for my tool needs!!! This customer was greatly impressed!!! Thanks again!!!
