Great place for authentic food truck style food. Awesome flavors and excellent service. Dakota is fabulous!

The California burrito is the bomb! Top it off with a margarita and fresh chips and YUM! The outdoor seating in the summer is lovely and the lively interior is just as good in the winter. Plus Verde is supportive of the local community, which makes it one of our family’s favorite spots.

One of my favorites for great Mexican food in old town Louisville. Margaritas are strong and tasty! Great selection of tacos. Homemade chips and guac remind me of my recent vacation in Puerto Morelos MX! ❤🙏🏼👍🏼 Edited to add: service has gone down as we’ve been waiting for our check for a while… 🤣🤷🏻‍♀

We came into the restaurant 10 mins before close and the owner was so nice. Talked with us and told us about the restaurant and the food. Very nice gentleman and the food was absolutely amazing and so fresh! I would give this place 100 stars if I could!

Amazing delicious food and drinks, I wanted to try all the margaritas! The Korean beef tacos and ahi tuna salad was to die for, add in a wonton taco crisp to elevate it! The chips are made there and they come in a cute little to go bag!

Owners are awesome and very nice to talk to.
Mark and the team were happy to accommodate what we planned to be a large party for happy hour and apps.
Although half of the party was unable to come last minute, the staff were pleasant and attentive and provided great service to go with their awesome food.

After you go there and try the chips and guacamole (at which point you will learn they make the chips in the back of the restaurant for King Soopers to pickup and sell in their stores) you will want to try the Rolled Chicken Tacos, and then you will come back.

Great little spot in Louisville, which is such a cool town nestled away, and I recommend you make your way up there asap.

The kids’ entrees are a bit disappointing. The bean and cheese burrito has no cheese and was just a sad tortilla with beans alone on a tray. I’m used to seeing a side of rice, beans, veggie, or something. With no drink included either it is a waste of money, probably better to get something a la carte from the regular menu in the future.

What a great place! Ibaarived between lunch and dinner (my favorite time) and there was no one in the resteraunt with me. The gentleman behind the bar was so friendly and recommended the quesadilla and I got it with the barbacoa and it was so delicious! He also gave me a small sample of the chips and three salsas and they were all so delicious, mamy favorite was the orange one. I highly recommend this great place. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in boulder

Overflowing tacos containing flavorful protein, fresh veggies, and awesome sauces. Fast service. Good vibes and good food all around.

Friendly Staff, welcoming atmosphere, always great food and drinks. The ahi taco with a Habanero Marg is one of my favorites.

Verde was recommended to me by several friends and I stopped by yesterday and what a wonderful place to eat. Great service from everyone....not just our waiter/server.
The tacos were fabulous and the chips and guac and salsa were absolutely delicious. I had the pork green chili taco and the chicken taco but to be honest all of the tacos looked great and it was very hard to decide on just 2. The menu has so many great dishes to choose from. I loved everything about this eatery and will be coming back and highly recommend them. 10 stars for service, food and atmosphere.

We stopped on here on a whim for dinner and were quite happy! The chips are so good and they come in a bag so you can take them home to enjoy later if you don’t finish them. The salsa is perfect!
We are vegetarian and got a burrito and tacos. There weren’t a ton of veggie taco options but I was still happy with the options they had. I would like to see more options in the future!
We also really liked the margaritas!

We had a lovely dinner with family on a gorgeous 75 degree night. The garage doors were open which made the vibe even better. I ordered the Mission burrito, it was delicious. Can honestly say that tortilla was the best burrito tortilla I’ve ever had. Perfection! Everything was fresh and homemade. Loved it all!

This place has some of the best tacos I've ever had. Huge variety of tacos and all are 👌. I drive up here from Westminster for them (no good taco spots near me). Service has always been spectacular and the margs are amazing. If you are looking for good margs, tacos, and service look no further. Usually a few really good craft beers on tap as well.
