Cheyenne is the best. She always remembers me and my drink, and is really sweet. Drinks are great, always worth the stop.

Kind and not hurried using the drive through. Great coffee and breakfast burrito. Love the choice of cups and straws here, too.

This is one of our favorite coffee shops around! They have consistently great coffee and food as well as a lovely café to get to work in and meet up with others. Always love getting to stop in or use the very convenient drive thru! Always friendly and helpful staff!

I love this location! I probably visit it too much, to be honest. I enjoy the friendly customer service, and more so, that the staff don't look even flinch when I order a complicated drink. The wait time at the drive-thru is longer than your average coffee place, but I don't typically mind. The price is also quite high, but I appreciate that the coffee isn't bitter, so I'm willing to spare the extra expense. Emma at this location is extremely sweet; she always tries to converse and seems like she genuinely cares. She is definitely an asset!

Love this coffee shop! They have so many great drink options. It's bright and welcoming with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The layout is wonderful with options for individual seating or hanging out and grabbing a coffee with friends. They even have (clean!) toys and puzzles for your kiddos! Not to mention the Cafe and drive through! It seriously has it all!

Love this location. I'm there quite frequently and would be there more if it was closer to my work. Great staff and great drinks. Constancy is on ever time no matter what I order I know what I'm gonna get. Go there and get a coffee....enjoy and tip well would ya, these peeps deserve it.

I love the smiley barista here, she always greets me with a smile and seems to love her job, and the coffee is great! I would highly recommend! And, they have seating (inside and outside) so if you want to “get away” from your home office this is a nice alternative.

It has been a great place to sit and work during days I am not going into the office. Walking in I have been greeted by the staff everytime.
They also have pumpkin flavor all year long because I am that simple.
Really have enjoyed this coffee shop.

As a trial attorney, I have essentially been living on coffee for the past 25 years. So, so sick of Starbucks. I discovered Ziggis about 4 months ago.
They did have some issues with their drive through moving slowly back then, but that appears to have resolved. They're still settling in. Also, I just walk in if I see more than 4 cars in line, which is rare. There is never anybody in line inside and the service is fast.

The main point and the one that matters is that Ziggis has the the best coffee around. WAY better then that wholesale stuff they sell at Starbucks and call coffee. Further, when you order a 24 oz. iced latte, it comes with four shots - not three. For any honest to God coffee drinker looking for the true taste of coffee and the caffeine boost, this is the place. And their scones are awesome. Just watch the calories!

Finally, the employees are great. They're a sweet bunch of kids working really hard to be upbeat and caring during crazy, difficult times. I am psyched to have this kind of restaurant in Louisville. They can expect to be getting group orders from my firm, and tons of orders from me, in the years to come.

This is my favorite drive-through coffee shop to grab a latte on my way to the office. The experience is consistently positive every time I visit. The staff is always friendly and energetic. Great place for a great cup of coffee!

Met a friend here for coffee before starting the work day. Great service by caring professionals. The ambiance is perfect for the casual meeting.

Haven't been very much but abseloutly love the drinks! Even when they're crowded by middle schoolers on Wednesday morning they still get drinks out quickly and although I have yet to try the cake pops I still get very excited to see they even have them!

After just now trying their Chai Tea Frappuccino made with oat milk, I couldn't prevent myself from raving about it! I can be pretty particular with my drinks, especially when paying $6 for a cup. I have been impressed with Ziggi's drinks, hot or cold, each time I've visited.

Our favorite drive thru coffee and quick breakfast place in the area. Always friendly service. Delicious chai lattes and love the burritos for an easy breakfast.

Love the owners! Love the matcha! Love the coffee! I even have a favorite smoothy. Blended, iced, hot - its all good. They have gluten free foods which are a bonus!

So cute! My first time here as I’m just started to venture out now that I’m fully vaccinated. So happy to find an open coffee shop! Taking Covid -19 precautions and everyone was so friendly. Haven’t had coffee with a friend in 13 months so we chose a great place.
