The staff was so kind and rescheduled my surgery right away after it had to be cancelled last minute due to the sterilizer at the surgery center not working properly. Safety first! Always appreciate the effort Dr. Proctor and his staff put into making sure his patients are happy and healthy!

It was easy to pay my bill with online pay just follow the prompt.

Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. You can tell that everyone here really cares about the patients from the front desk to the doctors themselves. I’ve had such a good experience every time I come in. Thank you Eye Physicians of Elizabethtown!

My experience with this practice was positive, friendly and thorough. Every employee was friendly and helpful and I received one of the best eye exams I have ever had. I will continue to use and recommend this practice.

This place was amazing and done a great job. I am not sure what Donald Mcglasson and Ashley Chambers are referring too but they are related and looks as if ashley is not even a patient there. These 2 people sound silly. I feel safety is number one when dealing with surgery. I hate people don't understand that things break. People really need to be smarter. I guess the guy wanted a dirty instruments to touch his eye, sad people like this write dumb reviews because they dont get their way!!!!!

Will update after my first appointment. The app was very easy to use filling out new patient paperwork. Speaking on the phone with office personnel was pleasant anytime I called for information. Confident that this office is worthy of 5 stars after reading others reviews.

My husband and I went to Eye Physicians for the first time last week. My husband has Alzheimer's and medical appts are always more difficult for him. Leslie did the initial exams and was extremely patient, explained everything clearly and didn't talk down to him. Dr. Proctor was also wonderful and let him know what he was going to do before he did any exam. It was a wonderful experience and I can't thank them enough for their care.

They worked with my crazy schedule after I missed an appointment get me in as soon as possible. The staff communicated well, they manage their scheduling well, I didn't have to wait long after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Smith took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain what I wanted to understand. It was my first visit.

Impressed! I had taken my husband to another eye physician center in Louisville and was told they were supposedly the best. We decided to get a second opinion before his surgery. Eye Physicians of Elizabethtown was far superior due to the extensive testing they perform. They had us meet with a retina surgeon and we knew that we were in good hands. I recently became a patient as well. I felt that that they were very thorough.

Dr. Proctor has been an excellent eye doctor for myself and our two young children. The office staff is also very positive, patient, and professional. The office itself is well taken care of and clean. The only slight negative is that there can sometimes be a fairly long wait time (30min+) and getting an appointment can take a while. However, I still strongly recommend this office and this doctor and the wait is worth it. They do their best to stay on schedule and keep you updated if there is going to be a delay. Our child was seen elsewhere (Visionworks) and the prescription recommended there was not correct and Dr. Proctor corrected it and has provided excellent continuing care for over two years since then.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes and the results were amazing. Thank you Doctor Proctor! I can now read street signs and see things far away…I am more than pleased with the outcome. I still wear readers for close up which can be aggravating because I lay them down…I can’t remember where they are. But there’s a plus to that…it keeps me moving. Lol
My husband has his first appointment with doctor Proctor tomorrow. He was very impressed by the staff and the convenience of having the eye exams and surgery done close to home.

I was amazed at how quickly I got in even with the new procedures. The staff was all very professional. This was a follow up on my cataract surgery. I had worn mono vision contacts so the doctor set my implants the same way saving me from having to wear readers!

Dr. Smith takes his time with each patient. He is quite knowledge and professional. We have been going to him for several years and have great confidence in him.

My son is Autistic and they all were very helpful and understanding with him! Deb was amazing! She made him feel so comfortable! Wonderful place!!!

Ashley was outstanding, she was extremely thorough, patient and friendly. Dr. Procter was outstanding, answering all my questions, very courteous and knowledgeable. I am so happy I came to Eye Physicians of Elizabethtown.

Very friendly staff and makes your visit feel personal. Dr. Byrd takes time to explain things and throughly answers all of your questions. Would highly recommend this practice.

I was a patient of Dr Smith and now Dr Byrd. Love them both! Dr. Smith was very patient and kind working with my husband when he was beginning to have dementia and I have always appreciated that.
