I loved everything about this place. The service was outstanding! She was so friendly, helpful, and patient. She clearly loves coming to work every day and it shows! The chocolates are little works of art that look almost too good to eat. The hand painted chocolate framed paintings from Mother's Day still blow my mind! Everything I had was amazing, especially the Champagne Berry Truffles and the Lavender White Chocolate Truffles. There are so many things I still would love to try, especially one of those epic looking Monster Shakes!

Absolutely amazing! I go here for ice cream when I'm in town. The girls are all SO nice and helpful! When I tell you this is the BEST dark chocolate turtle I have ever had 🤌🤌 above and beyond amazing! Yes, they're pricey, but it really is quality! Can't wait to come back!

I’ve been dying to try Cherri’s and finally had the chance! The store has a large selection from cake pops to teas. I got one of their drinks with Mexican Hot Chocolate. It was on the colder side, however, the taste was immaculate so it didn’t matter 🩷 I got some of the chocolate as well and they’re beautiful.

I am in no way a coffee connoisseur. However, this was a delightful experience. The coffee flight left me wanting more and buzzing with energy. While the dessert and drink pairing was a delicious afternoon snack befitting afternoon tea time. It's worth coming out and trying now and in the future.

Completely amazed! Staff extremely happy and competent! No lazy staff, all smiling, busy with customers, and cleaning as well when able!! I’m from out of town and will definitely return again!

Great place! I stopped here for the first time and ordered the Turtle Milkshake with chocolate ice cream- it was delicious- I could not finish the whole drink though! The staff was kind and a good location! I definitely would visit again! I like that there are vegan options as well.

This is such a quaint place! I came in with my daughter a few weeks ago and we had a blast! The staff was friendly, and the tables and chairs are so cute and unique. Will definitely stop by the next time I'm in kzoo!

The chocolate art they have is so cool! They had Halloween stuff currently which was so well done! I brought home some chocolate gifts and they went over very well!

Delicious chocolate truffles in so many different flavors! The Monster milkshakes are to die for and huge. And the staff is always so nice!

Such a fun place to visit. Amazing candies and ice cream! They have a great selection of treats that could brighten even the most dull day.

Gorgeous little establishment! I only tried the hot chocolate which tastes very much like real chocolate, as well as a couple of the mini cheesecakes, which were the perfect blend of aesthetics and taste. Not too rich, just the way I like it! The ice cream looks AMAZING too so I will definitely be going back!

I can’t even fully explain how great this place is! Not only did they have vegan ice cream that was to die for! But the staff went above and beyond to make me a custom vegan monster shake! 🥰 i definitely recommend this place especially to anyone looking for dairy free and vegan options! Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in so long 🖤

Been here twice now and have loved it each time. First time we got some of the gourmet chocolates, the orange peel is especially wonderful! Second time we got some of the milkshakes. They are a full meal themselves! Service and friendliness is second to none!

True chocolatier! Cherri's Chocol'art is not just great desert and sweets it's an experience. On the Kalamazoo Mall downtown, it's got everything you could want to satisfy your sweet tooth. Try the S'Mores packages. They are reasonably priced and taste amazing. While you are there, get one of their custom handmade shakes. They are delicious and look really cool. Highly recommended!

Loved this place! Very accommodating and staff were helpful! My three year old son and I went and I knew he wouldn't be able to eat one of their shakes by himself so she made us one in two cups and just charged me a small extra fee for the extra cup. Would definitely recommend!

Freshly made chocolate. Taste great. A bit pricey but it's definitely worth trying it out. Place have a very cozy feeling inside 😌.
